I had the best experience with Bamby at Walgreens! She was incredibly sweet, kind, and knowledgeable. I was using coupons for the first time and felt a little nervous, but Bamby made me feel so comfortable and confident. She explained everything clearly and was so patient throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and warm. Thank you, Bamby!

I don’t understand why they can’t put the photos out and you can just grab yours and go pay. No one is going to steal other peoples photos. You just end up standing there and waiting forever

The only 5 stars go to the older gentlemen Roy and Dave at the cash register and the happy sweet spanish lady at cosmetics. Pharmacy had 2 very respectful pharmacist and 2 awesome young ladies one of whom was pregnant. I don't see them anymore. I will edit this once I find their names. Customer service is rude and unprofessional. They have this new pharmacist whose name is Fadi or Fady very unprofessional and rude and seems to have anger issues?! We all are stressed and we all are going through something. Learn how to not let out your self frustrstions and disapointments on others. You are in customer service and it's not my fault if you had a bad day because of a rude customer or your own mistakes at work. What's happening to our good old Hunter's Creek Walgreens!

Be careful when buying online, I bought two products of the same brand and the same price and when I picked up at the drive-Thru I realized that there was inside the bag that was sealed and when I uncovered it, I realized that there was a product of the one that I bought and another that cost $10 less less totally different from my purchase. I recently had a very disappointing experience at Walgreens. I had scheduled an appointment and arrived ten minutes early, only to be told that they could not perform the service I requested. They informed me that I would need to go to another location. When I asked for assistance in rescheduling or finding an alternative solution, the immediate response was a flat "no."
They claimed to have called me twenty minutes before the appointment but left no message, so I was completely unaware of the issue until I arrived. It was impossible to schedule an appointment at another location for the same day, leaving me with no options.
The staff showed no care or willingness to help in any way. This lack of customer service and empathy was incredibly frustrating. I expect better from a company like Walgreens and hope they take steps to improve their service and communication.

The employee Julián, who works in the pharmacy, gave us derogatory treatment today, speaking to my wife in an ostensible and disrespectful manner, people like that should not be serving people, especially in a pharmacy. Then he called us to say that he did not mix the medications (antibiotics) and we had to return.

Limarys worst customer service ever!! Kept whistling while checking out my items!!! And then didn’t ask me if i dont mind that another customer checks out while i was at the register!!!! If she is a manager then what a waste of irresponsible management !!!

I visit this Walgreens around 1-3 times a week and every time I visit the staff is always so kind and welcoming. One employee in particular, Gloria, is so sweet and friendly. In addition, the pharmacists and techs are amazing as well, very knowledgeable in their field.

Clean store! Great customer service despite the white old grouchy man who works at the front register. Very unfriendly and not helpful. He gave me a nasty attitude and was rudely staring at my pregnant belly. I don’t know how people like that could work in customer service.

Good service
