My daughter had surgery and needed post op medications. After receiving a call stating the medications were ready my husband went to pick them up only to be informed that they weren’t ready and it would be 30 min. He ran another errand and returned in 45 min to again be told that they were not ready as the pharmacy tech made a “ shooing gesture” at my husband. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and done at the wrong person can escalate quickly. They are slow, unorganized and disrespectful. Will be changing to another pharmacy. Healthcare must be elevated. This is unacceptable.

When I went in to the store. It was nice and clean. The staff was professional and effient making the line go by faster.

This is the slowest darn Walgreens pharmacy dept. The line is long, inside and out. It takes each car, no lie, at least 10-minutes at the window (i timed it). Then if you don't stay in line, you'll start getting phone calls about a prescription will only be held for a certain amount of time. If you can avoid it, PLEASE do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Walgreens has truly become the worst place to get your prescriptions. Three trips 20 minutes every time and I still cannot get my prescription. Ridiculous shut this place down!!!!!!!!

You ask why customers stop going to you Brick and Mortal store. It because the lines are long to pickup medications, employees are to slow. Takes almost 45 min. This is ridiculous Amazon another service you will be getting from me, CVS is the same or worse.

Terrible service, anyone who wants to save on products and use coupons, I do not recommend this pharmacy, it seems that the money comes out of the pockets of some cashiers

I ordered pictures at 2pm for a 4pm pick up. I placed two orders and only received one email saying that order was ready. At 9pm I came to pick up the photos. They weren’t ready and now at 9:30 I’m still standing here waiting for the pictures to print. Your customer associate just told me to wait…as if I have a choice.
Don’t print photos here unless you have nothing but time to waste. 5 hours is not enough time for their “one hour printing.”

Look at my case...my primary doctor Yoan Araujo, after ordering some tests and seeing the results, orders me a colchicine medicine on May 3 that is to lower the levels of uric acid since I suffer from a disease or medical condition called the gout...on May 5th I went to the pharmacy and they didn't deliver it to me. I went back to the doctor today and he told me that it was already ordered for 3 months, 1 a day. I went back to Walgreens today and they told me that they couldn't deliver it to me. Because the pharmacist said that I couldn't take that medicine because it couldn't be mixed with one of the pressure medications that I take...that is, the pharmacist without being a doctor without having my exams and my medical history determined that I couldn't take it. I support 5 days of pain because Walgreens refused to give me the medicine ordered by my doctor, this is abuse on the part of the pharmacy manager, she is not a doctor, I will talk to my insurance and my lawyer and I will show him my case, I suffered 5 nights without sleeping because of the pain thanks to the pharmacy manager at this Walgreens..

Don't give a "0" rate because there isn't one. The worst customer services ever. They aren't kind with their customer. I called 3 times becuse they told me by message to do it and all of 3 were hung up after 27 minutes. On one of them the lady told me that I have to wait, after almost 30 minutes and although I asked not to hang up. She cut the call after others 10 minutes. It's incredible how this kind of business that have to deal with health issues can be so terrible with people in need. Shame of you. I'm done with you Walgreens Landstar.

First pharmacy that never pics up the phone, finally had time to go in and the lines on drive thru is just as insane as inside, the workers are taking their time while we wait, there could be more people hired for the rush hours, there’s only one person attending inside and two for drive try and still takes long time. Please re train people or hire different people
