Terrible service, its 7:02pm. Pharmacy closes at 7pm I got here at 6:55pm met with the Pharmacy Manager Augustine L. at the door and did not even tried to help-out to get the meds, I got surgery and really needed this now have to wait for Monday because of this lazy person who closes before the schedule time and carries the title Manager

Went to this store twice over a weekend in Orlando, and had two extra items added onto my bill that I definitely did not purchase. A total of about $20. Cashier told me I was only able to get an emailed receipt, & unfortunately I didn’t check my email to see my receipt until after I was home.. Beware, the cashier is stealing from customer and store. Store manager has been made aware and my efforts have been ignored.

When a customer walks into an establishment they want a “hi how are you” not blank stares. No basic customer service practices here.No hey hello or goodbye have a nice day. Attitude is very whatever.

I've generally had good experiences with this pharmacy, but was recently disappointed. I found out that the cash price or discount services price (like GoodRx) for my medication was significantly lower than my insurance price. I wish the pharmacy had informed me about these cheaper options, as other pharmacies do. Greater transparency regarding pricing would really improve their service.

Rude cashiers, the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. When I tried to explain that she put the same product twice and that it was wrong, she called me crazy to the other girl, assuming that I don’t speak English. It was disrespectful!!!

Even though I had a lot of confusing coupons Malik was very nice to help me with everything. He did everything correctly and explained to me everything. Great Customer Service. Thank You Malik! Sorry for the trouble :)

I’m trying to refill a prescription and the automated line said I had to talk to a pharmacist. The pharmacist line has hung up on me twice after over a 3 minute wait and the store manager line hung upon me after 11 minutes on hold.

In regards to the pharmacy team, they are amazing! Dr. Leung is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, and friendly!
