Alex is extremely rude. Told me he doesn't have knowledge of a service that they provide and decided not to do it. Started yelling and blaming me because he didn't have the right amount of cash needed to give me from the register. Very unprofessional

Today at 9.14pm in this Walgreens #10901 The attendant was rude making fun of the customers saying *why should I care right now+ making fun of the customers. No manager or supervisor said anything. The customer was trying to speak in Spanish and he was laughing of her. This lady wanted to use a coupon and he just was yelling out! His name is Christian.

I’ve been living in Hunter’s Creek for over 10 years, and this Walgreens is conveniently located right between my work and home. Their pharmacy has been my primary pharmacy, and every month, I visit to pick up medication to manage my asthma.
In the past few months, I’ve noticed that the store has been steadily declining. Whoever manages this location really needs to pay more attention to the store’s upkeep.
The AC isn’t functioning properly, the roof is leaking, and most of the white ceiling tiles are yellowed and in need of immediate replacement. The men’s bathroom was also dirty and is in desperate need of renovation.
On the positive side, the pharmacy team is excellent and always provides great service! However, after this experience, I think I’ll consider CVS, Publix, or Walmart for my future needs.

The girl wearing glasses at the checkout counter was really rude. I visited on 5/17/2024 in the afternoon around at 3.

Stupid lady at the check out didn’t let me buy cold medicine without my ID. She noticed I was completely congested and didn’t let me get medication. I was on my way to work. Complete lack of empathy.

Came here at 11:55 and grabbed a pack of beer. I asked the associate to ring it up so I could pay for it before midnight (because Orlando has weird sunday alcohol laws) he assured me it was fine, so I grabbed one other item and by the time he rang it up it was 12:00 so I couldn’t buy the alcohol. Ignorance at its finest

I just looked for a package that I bought online, and the girl was upset because I spoke in Spanish, her attention was terrible, and she was not kind to me at all, and it seems super strange to me because Walgreens is characterized by its excellent customer service,
