I made a print order at 7:53 pm, was estimated 8:40 pm pickup, arrived at 9:20 pm and it wasn't ready. I had to wait 30+ minutes for the order to be completed. The cashier was nice, at least.

9 people in line 2 other employees walk by. No one is helping and line is getting g longer.. now 15 customers in line e and the cashier is still on the same customer - line has not moved I. Over 4 minutes… sad. I feel terrible for the cashier as no one is coming to help her…

Got a perception done last Friday when I got the refill from my doctor that day and they only gave me “half of the medication” which was only filled 160/1800. I don’t understand how that’s half. It’s an anti seizure medication and they told me I should have ordered it earlier because they don’t keep that medication in stock.
1) why talk to someone like this like they’re stupid. How was I suppose to know the day of the medication was being prescribed to me, this location doesn’t normally carry it in stock?
2) went to pick it up in the morning like the lady on Friday told me to but told me they don’t get their shipments till 2 pm. Again, how am I suppose to know that? The lady told me to pick it up in the morning because your pharmacist told me to. I stressed to her the day on Friday that it’s an anti seizure medication that needs to be taken every 4 hours
This is my first time ever getting upset with a pharmacist. I don’t mind waiting. I’ve done it before, but why be rude and talk to me the way they did with misinformation?

Compared to the CVS on the other side of the intersection, the store is a little larger, so it has a slightly wider selection of products. The listed price is also a little lower, but if you use CVS's "extracare" card, it's a little cheaper at CVS.

Very rude and unfriendly pharmacists. We got our covid 19 vaccines there, and supposedly every vaccines you get $10 in-store coupon, she didn't even bother to gave us the coupons. It's not about the coupon It's about you customer service. When I asked to fill up my covid 19 vaccine card, she said they don't use the card anymore. Well, it doesn't matter they don't use the card anymore or not, it's just a courtesy just write it down for me. Bad manner. Unhappy customers. Walgreens the one at 12650 International Drive way much better.

We went in for some cough drops! This location is completely georgous! The cold section is so high tech! I've never seen anything like it. They have a cold bar by the register with grab and go's. They have a bit of disney by the registers as well. The staff was very helpful and sweet!
