Came to pick up my sons medication was told thst the pharmacist was doing meetings with the staff and my sons medication will be ready by the afternoon. The pharmacist came out of one little room and was laughing and talking to other staff while more than 5 people were waiting for medication. Patient service is first than mertings thats why there is break times and other moments. The guy behing the counter spend more time on the phone on social media than helping the people waiting for meds. Very bad

SO EXPENSIVE! Even the generics were way hiked up. We might as have well picked up meds at our hotel's little store. If you need allergy meds and such, go just few block further and I'm sure you can find better deals.
I will say that it was clean and well stocked, and Disney merch and souvenirs were reasonably priced. We bought a cute Disney hat that cost less than a 100 generic ibuprofen.

I've had a bad experience picking up medicines here, and this will be my first and last time. I gave the discount card because I was unaware that my medicines were free.And then the pharmacist said, 'So, you want to pay? You don't want to get it for free?' I've never heard a pharmacist speak to patients like that before. When I told her sorry I didn't know what it was and she responded rudely instead of explaining. I'll never come back.

It was late Saturday morning, my husband needed ankle support from overwalking at Epcot and we were able to find it here, not the cheapest but definitely convenient as we stayed nearby. No line at cashier, checkout was a breeze

Ordered via phone automated on Thursday 5 prescriptions. Said would be ready 1230 pm on Monday. Showed up and had 1 prescription ready, 3 still had to call doctor for approval

Although they did not have as many of what we needed (7) at 11pm- Jim was incredible in assisting us!!! He found the other items at a nearby Walgreens for us too!

Thanks Asher. After waiting several minutes in the drive thru I was then notified by Asher the manager that I needed to come in for purchase but they were closing for 30 mins and I could come by after that. Rude and lacking in customer service.

I usually shop at this Walgreens, and the service is good, but every time I correspond with this cashier, she shows a bad mood, she doesn't say thank you, she has no patience, I saw on her ID theName is Virginia, they should give more customer service training.

Today I was at the store (2/18/24 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) my experience was very bad, I had to look for a medication that had already been prescribed and the prescription sent. They said it wasn't there, that I should send it again and that they couldn't communicate with the doctor. A lack of empathy and respect when serving that I couldn't believe. After 1 hour and a half I got them to see the doctor and they realized that the order was always ready and they didn't know.Meanwhile, my sick son was waiting for medication.Thanks to the 3 disrespectful Walgreens employees.

If I could give negative stars I would. I called Walgreens pharmacy to give them my new insurance card over the phone, they refused to take my information because the pharmacist was “busy.” I spoke with the manager Danielle, and she sounded like a broken record telling me she doesn’t know how to run insurance. A manager who doesn’t know how to do their on needs fired. They are making me drive all the way there, in the rain just so they can “look” at my insurance card, instead of putting the numbers in over the phone. They are only doing this as an inconvenience because they are in a bad mood. I know they can take insurance information without looking at a physical card.

Stop in here pretty regularly, and the soap dispenser in the bathroom has been broken and has not been replaced for at least a month now.. which means at least the men that work here are not washing their hands after using the bathroom, and none of the male customers are washing their hands.. this is a place of health and wellness and is not even trying to stop the spread of germs in their own store.

The service is not good, I went to take a photo and they told me it would take 30 minutes, and nothing came out, then I returned after 3 hours and the boy who attended me in the photo area did not understand or pretended not to understand that the I needed digital, it was rude.
