Terrible experience and I come here regularly. Came tonight to get some juices, rose and balloon. As soon as we walked up to the front, Anthony (the black dude with terrible customer service) said “one second” as he started counting the money from the drawer. So we say okay and place our things on the edge counter giving him more than plenty of space to count the money. He then gives my girlfriend an ugly look and said “I said give me a second” and I asked him what difference did it make, he then turns to me and proceeds to give me a nasty attitude saying “because I said so and i work here and you don’t.” And I said okay then. Finished putting my things I was purchasing on the counter and walked out with my girlfriend. Have fun putting my stuff back, because you work there, I don’t. Upon exiting the store, I heard “Anthony” saying something like “yeah, good, do that”. I then called back for his name so I can complain about that man with a baby attitude, Lou answered the phone and handed it to him, and he told me “you can complain all you want and tell them Anthony told you to leave.” This unsuccessful gentleman did not in fact tell me to leave whatsoever, my girlfriend and I left on our own free will not because of this man child. Walgreens needs to do better and hire people with better customer service. Did people forget about a professional setting in a workspace? 3000 N Alafaya Trail location. Nightshift september 23, the black dude in case he was lying about his name.

Waited an hour and a half after dropping off my husband's prescription in the pharmacy's drive-thru in the parking lot in my van with my dog and my children. They never filled it and they never called me to let me know they weren't going to fill it. Then I called again this morning and they had lost the paper I dropped off last night. I then had to call the dentist and get the prescription refilled and sent to them. It is now 3:00 in the afternoon my husband went to pick up his prescription and it is still not ready. Extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. Find another Walgreens this one sucks.

So I went to Walgreens this morning to check out some lip glosses, etc. I saw that a certain brand was cheape4 at Target then at Walgreens. I asked the Mgr if they price match and they said "no." So my take on this is, why would anyone want to shop here if they can't offer a price match if I show then that it's cheaper elsewhere? Don't u want to match what your competitors offer? Apparently walgreens could give 2 s****. The cashier gave me this sly look like "I told you so" Girl go back to the islands! I'm wondering now why the hell do I even have a walgreens credit card when walgreens doesn't even offer incentives on just simply price matching.

I went to Walgreens 3000 N Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32826, after I received notification my order was ready. I stood in line and the lady told me to go to photo counter. I went to photo counter the girl there was helping a customer use Walgreens app and print pictures. I asked another Walgreens employee I believe it is spelled “Ameriz”, she might have been Manger, to please help me. She was very rude told me to wait and walked away while I was explaining I bought diapers and needed to get back ASAP. The items were paid for just needed the bags. No payment required. I see that location has a 2.8 star review. From my experience today I can totally see why. Horrible customer service!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve had an issue picking up my prescription almost every single time it’s ridiculous at this point. I’m sure the pharmacists are nice people and aren’t trying to make things difficult but I just keep running into problems when trying to communicate with this pharmacy. This pharmacy has been nothing but stressful for me and I would advise you to find a different one.

Boo. Just been completely done by Walgreens. Specifically picked items marked as special offers or multi buy deals. Didn't make it clear you only get the reduction if you have a mywallgreen card.I thought it was more expensive than I was expecting but didn't work out why till after I'd paid and left.And to make it worse, the discount card is not available to visitors to the country. I thought we were supposed to be ditching discrimination.It's just round the corner but that's the last time I step foot in there. Feeling like I've been robbed.

Pharmacist was neither friendly or helpful. She did little to make the prescription pick-up process efficient or pleasant. She spent the entire time juggling several other customers while “assisting” me as well. She would ask for information then immediately walk away to another computer and become visibly annoyed when I did not respond initially; however, I genuinely could not tell if she was still assisting me or helping another guest due to her walking away. Once my prescription and record was finally ready for retrieval, the other technician at the pick-up area was very kind and sweet. I have since switched pharmacies and I do not intend to go through this pharmacy or even frequent the store again.

Very unprofessional . Why do a pharmacist answer the phone with a "hello ?" followed by an attitude and no intention of helping you at all .This place is a mess .

Stay away from the pharmacy!!!! Unless you okay with waiting on the phone 30 plus minutes and then to have them hang up on you all you hear is the background noise then click!!! and not exaggerating and waiting in line in the drive thru 45 plus minutes horrible customer service not even a smile or a apology you will get I guess our time and money is not enough for them! Very Disappointing

Terrible service, when asking a question regarding medication pickup. They're not able to provide correct information. The employees are responsible for being aware of the policies yet they don't inform unless probed for information. I asked if someone could pick up my prescription and they said yes. Only to find out that they couldn't unless they had my ID as well because it's a different medication. They didn't inform us of this until way later in the afternoon and it's cost us gas and time when it could've been easily avoided by simply asking what kind of medication needed to be picked up. Huge headache.

This pharmacy is a joke. Had a vaccination appointment at 830am I was the only 1 here. Waiting 35 mins and counting. They do not have the descency to tell you they do not have someone to give the vaccine instead of just having you waiting around

Pharmacist technician was very rude and not kind of not recommend. Young women in front made me feel very comfortable. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed especially women treating other women this way
