Awesome experience.
I used the app to clip my coupons. My total value was $102.00 I paid $33.. the cashier was very patient with me and explained everything helped me with the order opened up another register with no issue so that she could explain everything..

I guess I enjoy dealing with frustrated people because nobody ever picks up the phone. You have to drive up there to see if anything‘s ready. Had a prescription put in three days ago and still not ready. If they do, they just hang it right up. Pathetic.

if I could give zero stars I would. Right after my dogs appointment, I dropped off his prescription, girl checking me in had black hair light skin seemed Spanish I got the impression she was new or really didn’t know what she was doing and I should’ve listened to my gut. She told me to come back around five. I show up around 6:15 PM and another girl tells me oh I’m sorry that they didn’t tell you, but we don’t have that medication in stock. I said excuse me? And nobody called me? She’s like sorry about that. I wasn’t here. I’m not sure why they didn’t call you. I looked at her & said that is real inconsiderate. You guys need to have better Customer service here and call people when you don’t have something in stock because you’re wasting my time!!! it’s common courtesy to let people know! This was the first time I tried using Walgreens for a prescription and never again. That is why I always stick to Publix. My dog has cancer and needs his antibiotics and these people have me wasting time delaying the time that he’s going to take his medication and I am beyond pissed off and it’s because of THEIR lack of communication and common sense UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! BEYOND RUDE.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy, almost 50 min waiting just to tell you your prescription is not ready. The mam didn't attended me until I do a long line just to ck if it was serve. Poor service at a maximum expression!! Margarita was so rude.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Half of the time they’re out of my very time sensitive prescriptions and don’t fill them for days, and they have never once bothered to tell me that it isn’t in stock and that they have to order it. I gave birth four months ago and they’ve still never filled one of my prescriptions from that. They also refused to give me the RSV vaccine when I was pregnant even though it was prescribed by my doctor and is now recommended for pregnant women. The three women working wouldn’t even look at my paperwork. They just sent me away, claiming it was against Florida law. So they also don’t bother to keep up on current medical regulation.

Phone call to the pharmacy is extremely difficult to be answered. Called for 2hour straight and never gets picked up .

I do not leave poor reviews unless it’s absolutely warranted but this Walgreens Pharmacy has countlessly frustrated me to the point that has driven me to leave a poor review. Getting ahold of someone is impossible because they will leave you on hold for so long it will drive you to just hang up and call back another time for the same thing to occur and it’s a viscous cycle.
I don’t expect my prescriptions to be ready in a flash, I don’t expect magic or anything unruly…I just expect a clear line of communication and for someone to acknowledge my inquiry.
