It is unfortunate that after so much time picking up medications at this pharmacy I had a mishap. where they did NOT give medicine and according to them they claim that they did because they saw the cameras and realized that the medicine was on the counter. but they never put it in the bag.

Went in to try to buy a nebulizer machine as I have the medicine, but my machine broke. And the pharmacy dr. Said it was against the law to get one without a prescription, but we can buy one on Amazon without it which doesn’t make sense. And said it was state law and started to raise his voice and talked down on us like we’re stupid.

The pharmacist we have worked with here is a wonderful person! Twice now we have been so impressed with him going above and beyond that I am now filling my prescriptions here. First of all, I love that they are open until 10! The CVSs in the area close a lot earlier.First experience: we were trying to get a strep antibiotic for my daughter after a late night urgent care appointment. We brought a paper copy to this Walgreens because they were still open, but because the Rx had been sent to our CVS first and filled, insurance would not cover it again. CVS was closed so we couldn’t cancel the order there. So the pharmacist (I wish I knew his name) told us we could get the Rx tonight at full price and come back to have the extra cost refunded within 7 days after we cancelled the order with our insurance at CVS. Worked like a charm. I really appreciated him going the extra mile to help us out with that when he really didn’t have to take the time to explain it to us.Second experience: I had a Rx from the Minute Clinic at the CVS (across the street) that kept getting messed up. First the medicine was out of stock, so the doctor sent a different Rx that was ALSO out of stock and after 2 days of their drive thru being closed, not getting help over the phone, and no progress on the prescription, I called Walgreens and the pharmacist told me he would transfer it to Walgreens and have it ready for me that day. When I went to pick it up, he said he had actually DRIVEN across the street to CVS to get it because they weren’t answering their phones. I was AMAZED that he would go to such lengths for a random customer he didn’t know.I am surprised by all the negative reviews I’m reading because my interactions here have been so overly positive!

You have to be careful because I went yesterday Sunday to make a DoorDash order and my red card didn't pass and they told me that I had to call DoorDash and the problem was that the cashier was passing me the card for $81 dollars when in reality it was $28 dollars and I asked a Hispanic woman why that happened and she didn't want to explain, she herself told me

I don't get it, been going here 8 months...what's the saying?insanity " if you do the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome" that's me. I keep hoping this pharmacy can fill a script, keep their word and have prescriptions ready to pickup when they say and be kind. Not rude, dismissive and act like they have a right to be this way because they control your medication and when you can have it. Oh yes and condescending like they are doing you a favor...not their job. I give, going to another pharmacy. I hope

it is a shame they do not offer a choice of less then one star. one star here is about 10 to many.spent 40 min on hold for pharmacy with one caller ahead, then the pharmacy was closed almost two hrs early without the courtesy of answering my call.guess future business will be taken elsewhere.

Never in my life have I seen a store sell all diapers at the same price. I get this inflation thing, but making all diapers no matter the size, quantity or brand, the same price? I don’t see how companies like Pampers or Huggies would be okay with that knowing that they’re competitive prices for a reason. Let alone consumers that are paying $15 no matter what. I just don’t see the logic behind it. Let alone how cruel it is on consumers.

This has gor to be the worse pharmacy I have ever delt with. I had prescriptions transfered over from CVS that took them a whole month for me to get my blood pressure pills. They send out text messages that your prescription is ready and wait in line for 40 minutes and then they tell you they don't have the medication and are rude about it. They don't care about their customers at all.

Don't fill your prescriptions here because they will say you need to call them, then proceed to keep you on hold for at minimum an hour. They don't even answer other pharmacies when you try and transfer the prescription. Sometimes they say they have filled it but after I have waited in line for 30 minutes, they tell me they don't have it and to "just drive around and get back in line and we'll have it by then". No remorse either.

A half hour on hold to get the status of my prescription, then another half hour on line to pick it. The employees are too busy talking amongst themselves and making jokes. to effectively take care of the customers. Everyone waiting is agitated and annoyed! There's no reason to wait a half hour to get meds that are ready!!

I’ve been frequenting this pharmacy for over 5 years now. I put off writing a negative review in the hopes that each of my negative experiences were a one-off and that the next time would get better. I guess I was wrong.The store itself is fine. It’s the pharmacy that is AWFUL. They’re always backed up, short staffed and not knowledgeable at all. I once paid double what I should have for a medication because the tech couldn’t get a savings card to work. The very next month, a different tech got it to work. The last straw was tonight. After being absolutely miserable, I went to the doctor and they sent a script to this Walgreens. After 5 hours I get notified via text that there’s an insurance issue. After logging onto the website, it says that this basic generic antibiotic isn’t covered by my very largely known and used insurance. I called to see what the issue was, and after being on hold for FORTY FIVE MINUTES, someone picks up the phone, doesn’t say a word, and immediately places me back on hold. The drive thru at this time was 6 cars deep and I really didn’t feel like trying to tote my 3 year old into the store to stand in line for another 30 minutes and potentially spread the virus I have.If you prioritize prompt service, especially when you’re not feeling your best, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ❌❌❌

spent 33 minutes on hold with the pharmacy. The automated operator said there was 3 people ahead of me which was fine. But then over time it went down to 2 and then 1 and then none. And no one picked up the phone for over 15 minutes after the last caller was done. Unacceptable

I rarely write reviews but it's important to recognize amazing service when you experience it. I needed a lot of help and information because of hair problems. Jackie the beauty consultant took extremely good care of me. Very insightful and knowledgeable despite having different hair textures. She was able to explain how to use everty product i had questions about and helped me come up with my final decision.
