I’m going through a tough time in life with my health and was put on a medication that I’ll have to take forever. So, like any normal person, I asked a few questions. Any big side effects etc. I mean this is the first time I’m taking it. I was meet with… like all medications there’s side effects. She points to the paper and says there’s a long list of them.
I then say, this is new and I’m just nervous. She went over to the pharmacist and comes back and says.. the pharmacist said you’ll be better taking it then not. Wow! I literally have a life changing disease and I’m scared. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to help someone. I seemed like I was bothering them. I don’t want to be on any medication. Let alone a lifetime one.
There’s one pharmacist who is incredibly nice to me there over the phone. That’s why it got 2 stars. I’m not asking for overly nice but educate us when we ask. Please.

Michaela was absolutely amazing! You can tell she truly cares about people and her profession.. Love this Walgreens location.. the pharmacy is amazing. Answers any questions I have.. explains my copays in advance. Even in the drive thru they ask if I have any questions about my medications.. always friendly..

I have ordered 5 copies of the same made photo book. First batch came out wrong, second one came out worse, and the 3rd one still didn’t fix the problem in the beginning.I have given up getting photos done correctly from this walgreen. 3 times and each one has come out wrong. To the credit of the customer service, I now have a full refund, and 15 useless photo books.
Highly recommend you don’t use this Walgreens for your photos. There is either something wrong with their system or with their software. I don’t know what else to do with it.

I really appreciate the professionalism from the entire Walgreen's staff especially Ms Alyssa, Ms Michaela and Ms Keisey. They all keep me updated and go out of their way to ensure my medications arrive on schedule.

Yolanda was using her phone to browse something, looked like houses maybe, the entire time she was checking me out at the register. She was also holding a tube of toothpaste that she scanned and then took off my transaction for some reason. Very disrespectful to be obviously completely checked out.

The 5 stars is specifically for Alyssa the pharmacist. She is a sweet young lady and very professional, and seems to genuinely care about her patients. Thank you for being so helpful to a mom with two babies with the flu.

This Walgreen pharmacy does what it wants without regard. They close when they want.

Walgreens has horrible work etiquette. It's exactly 9:27pm, it's supposed to close at 10:00pm. Lights are on like usual and two employees are sitting just looking around and turn us around saying they are closed.

Walked in for a flu shot and was taken care of in under 10 minutes. The shot was so gentle and I was in and out.
