Went for an oil change. They messed up my car. Had to get her oil change and now need an OIL PUMP. DO NOT USE the Walmart at Turkey Lake.They did not put the oil in.

They didn't have a tool to do my oil change. Be sure they can handle the work before you leave your car.

Superb work, thank you! Nidhi, the service writer, kept me updated all the way. Elix, the service technician, got my work done right the first time. Both Nidhi and Elix were good human beings; they were extremely professional and pleasant to work with and they were very calm under pressure (they were crazy busy). This was simply an incredibly positive experience all the way. Thank you!

Cancelled appointment without telling me. Laughed at me when he told me shipment delayed. Took 45 minutes to come back and tell me we don't have them.

2.5 hours for an oil change. lady at desk tried to tell me i didn’t have an appointment even until i pulled it up on my phone and showed it to her, then proceeded to talk to my boyfriend about the oil change the entire time even though the appointment was for my car. waste of time.Service: Oil change

I made an appointment on the usual Walmart- Metro west, to get my tyre fixed. It was good until the manager notified me by msg that their compressor wasn’t working. Then I try to call Walmart Ocoee auto center to make an appointment. No one answered. I drove there to found out that they didn’t have the tyre to replace. Then I asked if they could check if they have the same tyre over the stock. The attendant said they do not have access to the central stock. So I drove to Walmart Turkey Lake where there was an indication that there was my tyre to be purchase on the internet. I try to call again to confirm and to set an appointment no one answer. On arrival she confirm they had the tyre and set the waiting time for 2 hours. I explained that the tyre had hazard road insurance. After 2 hours waiting the app showed the started to work on my car. 1 hour after the mechanic called me to say the tyre was ruined and they couldn’t fixed. I said that was the reason to take there once I was insured. After that they spend another hour with my car. I asked if they set the calibration and they said yes. The tyre they changed was marking 42 while all other 3 were marking 35. Bad service!. The lady who is in charge of setting appointments is very rude.

Made an appointment for 11am for my tires when I arrived there was only one person in line in front of me. Guy at the front desk was very ethnocentric proceeded to assist people that walked in afterwards because they were Spanish speaking. Once he finally got to us he told us that they weren’t taking any tire appointments today when we already made one. Terrible customer service skills, I was able to make an appointment at another Walmart nearby for the same day with no issues. Don’t come to this place i unless you want to be discriminated against for not being Hispanic.

It was a easy, quick tire change. He gave me the price that I was looking for and didn't try to sell me a higher priced tire.

Got there at 7:20 am for oil change and there were nobody there. Waited til 8am and gave up. Someone came in around 8 and said he was supposed to start later but got called in but is not allowed work alone.

Seriously insane haha been here 1 hour waiting for a guy to come back to let me pay for my battery. Never seen such slow service. I’m watching everybody working here. Taking their sweet time. The woman behind me said she came here last two days waited over 30 min for a worker to goCheck on her car status. Can’t figure out if they are just incompetent or purposely trying to hold everybody up. Horace finally helped us. Lesson learned! Skip this place unless u for the day to waste

Extremely slow! Just shy of 2hrs for an oil change. I was the first customer in, another customer came in about 5-8mins after me for an oil change as well. She was able to pay and leave before me. Another customer came in roughly 40ish mins after me (not sure what he got done), and he was able to pay and leave before me. My truck wasn't done for any 30ish minutes after the second customer who came in after me. According to my receipt I was there at 7:09am and paid at 8:59am!

Today I came in to replace my battery cause I have a 3 yr warranty but before I went to Walmart auto care I had a car diagnostic done and it said my battery was low so I gave my car key to the associate and waiting 1 hr or so when I went into the lobby the technician didn't tell me they didn't replace my battery they didn't tell me nothing I had to find out from my paperwork they said my old battery was good and declined my replacement worst experience ever and the receipt they had that Said my battery wad good they got mad and yanked the paper and threw it away very rude and unprofessionalService: Auto battery replacement
