This is by far, the BEST neighborhood Wal-Mart in my area, in my opinion! Five stars doesn't give this location on Lee Road, in Orlando FL. enough accolades!! This Store is always clean, professionally staffed, provide fast and courteous check-outs. They have been EXTREMELY instrumental in keeping my pantry stocked with all the essentials to get me through the stay at home (and work) orders due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I have not visited this location EVER, and leave without finding what I need. They keep the shelves stocked, produce looking fresh, and carts readily available (not displaced in the parking lot as seen at other locations). Everything just looks better, and fresher, from one Department to the next. So let's give the Store Manager and staff a great big THANK YOU for taking care of your neighbors. Thank you for taking pride in your work and for making sure your shopping families have what we need. It is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

With all the chaos going on now with the corona virus. I am amazed that the people who work here try their best to stock the shelves back up , and keep a smile on their faces . One guy who is a cute big teddy bear always has a smile on his face and something positive to say to put a smile on everyone around him face. I would sometime give my experience here a 3-4 star. But they are really doing a good job. Honestly they are doing better then some of the nearby grocery chain that I visit . They are really stepping their game up during this chaotic time . Thank you I really appreciate you guys

I have to agree with Chris J. that this store is lacking in its inventory management. They always seem to be out of stock of something that you want. It was their own brand of coffee one day and a few days later it was no bread. I mean literally every loaf of bread was gone. A few days after that it was no salt. Just regular iodized salt. Sold out. And then it was my brand of Honey Ham lunch meat,,,and then Country Crock butter. Completely sold out. It continues to be a surprise every week.,,what will they be out of stock next? It's just crazy. But I keep going there because it's only 2 miles from my house and the prices are good. So what are you gonna do?

For a Walmart they have a lot of Organic and specialty items (Bison, Duck Fat, Non-Grain Flour) that fit into a low-glycemic/paleo/gluten-free diet.

My neighborhood grocery! So grateful that I have something so close. I've gotten to know the people that work there since they opened and they are friendly. Great prices and selection. Michael at Customer Service is the best. Minus a star for the very expired Velveeta cheese I found on the shelf during a recent visit and the look on the face of the deli girl when I actually requested some deli meat.

This review is for the grocery pickup. Using the app is a breeze, as I just check in when on the way and it will be ready when I arrive. Having created the order online and picked my hour window for pickup to be 5-6PM, I checked in around 5:30 as I was about to leave. The pickup area parallel to Adanson Street is clearly marked, with 6 parking spots designated for pickup. On the sign it says to call (407) 516-8152 is clearly marked, which I did. I promptly received an answer and informed them I had arrived. The person on the phone said he would be right out with my order. Sure enough, he came right out with my order. He was very friendly and polite. For Walmart standards, he was exceedingly superior, as he was very thorough and went as far as to check that the produce and ground turkey I had order was visibly to my liking. He also checked to confirm I was okay with the substitutions that had been made (due to the products I had ordered not being in stock). I wish I had gotten his name, but he was African American and had dreadlocks. Overall, based on this experience and the awesome service I received, I would definitely recommend using the Walmart pickup option at this Neighborhood Market location.

So I've been to this Walmart maybe 5 times and every time the bakery section is half empty and the employees are very rude. And not to mention it is overall grungy and dirty. I will not be going here anymore and I suggest the same.

20 minutes for a frozen yogurt. Lady in the counter made EVERYONE's order and ignored our 10yr old standing there with a receipt. When we asked her about the frozen yogurt, she laughed and rudely announced she couldn't take orders and make it at the same time. Huh? Then why did you sell it? Found a manager who apologized, but when we asked for our money back (at that point we wanted to just leave), he said no. Got a yogurt that takes 5 seconds to pour 25 minutes later while watching multiple people get theirs before us. Awful service.

First time at this location, only because I was already in the area. Stopped in to get a membership, the process was seamless and quick, which I appreciate. The Plus membership is nice because at 7am there isn't so much traffic in there. The woman at the door was helpful and friendly. The store was clean and organized. There's plenty of parking available.

I am a frequent shopper of Sam's since it opened at this location. Used to have better buys though. However I have ordered trays from deli, cakes etc. for numerous types of events. Recently ordered pin wheel trays 2 days prior as requested, day of event they were not ready or even showed they were ordered .Young lady did not try to assess why not done, was trying to send me away!!! Nice man "BIG MIKE" saw my frustration, took over, found missing order and prepared it quickly . Showed great customer service and a commitment to excellence and in resolving issues. This same man has helped me in past with deli items, always courteous , pleasant. Shows he cares about people and your business. He is a great asset to your team. Great customer service is lacking at this store. These other ladies in deli and other workers should be taught by this man customer service skills. We appreciate you. Thanks to Mr. MIke

Don't bother coming here if you're looking for something specific. You won't find it. They're always out of everything. It's as if they never re-stock. So annoying. The only convenient thing is the location. Do better!

This place is crowded and they typically have 1 or 2 registers open. This was the closest location to me, but they just opened a new one north of me. Of course new and clean so I enjoy it more. They had newer items as well. This store also has a lot of sales people that tend to approach you in the store (satellite, windows, etc). I know where the stuff is and it is in proximity of my house so will still go here, but will probably split to the other newer location. I do enjoy my membership and feel I save time and money by shopping here in bulk.

Sam's club use to have great prices for everything, that's no longer the case. Their prices are now about the same as everywhere else, plus everywhere else you don't have to buy in bulk. They started offering organic items a couple years ago which is why I renewed my membership, then they cut out most of the organic items. The store is usually crowded and cashiers and very slow, if you need assistance in store you're out of luck. No one there seems to know anything or how to get an answer and the employees at the customer service counter are rude, it is obvious all the employees would rather be anywhere else.

Customer service in this place is the worst I have ever seen, maybe you have all the customers you need, I am one that won't bother you again.
