The customer service area in the car care is terrible, they sell you the tire installation guarantee services and then when you have an emergency like an empty tire, if you do not have an appointment they make you wait more than 5 hrs to be attended, no.

Have lived here 3 years and do most of my shopping for auto, home goods, electronics at this store spending over $800 per month including pharmacy. I have always been treated well but today, was an exception. Marisa (pronounced Marreesa) was very rude to me at checkout. Talked non stop to a friend. I put all items on the belt and she still did not acknowledge me. When I asked her if I should move to another aisle for checkout-- she ignored me - the man she was speaking to then left and she advised she was going on her break and turned her back and left. When I asked for the Manager, Enrica came by and acted in much the same way -- didn't give me 2 minutes and said sorry -- and turned away. NOT a way to treat customers and this lady was never told how unhappy a customer was. Terrible! I wouldn't treat others this way and will rethink going to this store weekly.

I want to preface this by saying, this must be one of the worst Wal-Marts in the history of Wal-Mart. There have been multiple issues with this store and this is the breaking point. Twice, I have gone to the Wal-Mart located at 11930 Narcoossee Rd Orlando, have a tire installed. The first time was a year ago, I had an appointment but no one showed up for work that day according to the Manager. A year later, Feb. 13th, 2024, I had an appointment at 9:00am, after waiting two weeks from purchasing the tire, to have the tire replaced. I arrived before my scheduled time to check in for my appointment. They took back the car to start working and after WAITING for half an hour, I was told that they could not change the tire because they were unable to remove the lugs. I then told the worker, "I gave you the wheel lock.," he then told me the lugs were too tight. I immediately requested a refund if they could not do their job. I returned home to try and remove the lugs myself and I was able to take all of them off with a car lug wrench with no problem, even the tire with the lug-lock. I immediately called to complain to the Store manager and was hung up on four times. I called back for a fifth time and spoke with the operator. She kept me on the phone while she called for a store manager on their radio device. The response she got from making the call was that "There was no manager today." She then asked if there was any type of acting manager onsite today because there was another customer at the store wanting to speak with them as well. The worker on the call said "There is no manager today" in a very rude tone and asked "What did I want?". The operator said that the customer on the phone wanted to speak with the manager. The worker she was talking to then said, "We are busy and don't have time to talk to customers." I find that to be the most disrespectful and laziest statement you could say to ANY customer. Every time I have gone to this Wal-Mart, because it is in my neighborhood / convenient, I walk out disappointed because their service is horrible.

You're very typical walmart, there's not much to say about this one. Whenever I am here it is absolutely insanely busy however I will say that the workers always seem to be keeping their cool making sure all of the aisles are stocked with everything that is needed to be on the shelves. I do like that they have basically everything I can think about needing and for the most part when I have talked to the workers here they are friendly and will show me exactly where the item that I am looking for is. Prices are good and I do like that I am able to get a bigger amount of items here for less of a cost than other stores and markets in the area. One of my favorite things about this location is the insanely large two aisle clearance section located in the back. I have have found some very good gardening items or car accessories that I have wanted but did not want to spend the full price on! I also love that they have self checkout kiosks because when this police gets busy the lines for check out are unbearably long and I love being able to just scan my stuff at my own speed and get out of there without having to stand around and wait too long! The store is always clean and I love how spacious and well lit it is and these are some of the reasons that I come back here whenever I am in the area visiting family!

Walmart pretty much has everything you could possibly need while grocery shopping. The service is typical, will only interact with you if you interact first. Staff are really nice though, don't be afraid to ask for assistance. Prices are a bit expensive but still not too much. Other than that, everything is fine!

I've been going to this Walmart since it opened and it's getting worse. The most incompetent people in the world I must say. Including the"managers" or "team leaders" such as a man named Francisco. This person couldn't do a refund with out messing it up. He just charged me again and took the new charge off. When I returned today I waited for an hours because he a in a meeting. After 2 hours in this store a manager of the name Freddy helped me within 5 minutes and refunded my money. I will never come back to any Walmart or use their services. It doesn't help that most of the employees don't speak english. I'm going to Amazon and other places to shop. This place is horrible. Not cheaper either.

This is the best of all the Walmarts in Orlando. Mrs. Yudith made my experience great when she made my son's birthday cake. She was willing to provide me with excellent service and that everything would be beautiful and delicious.

Went to the auto center and over there is pretty messed up if I have to say for myself. There are other times that they messed up but this is the most current for this place that they call an "auto center". This automotive care center couldn't do the basic tire change for my vehicle because the bolts were too tight for them and they had no means of removing the wheel from the vehicle. I then went back with my breaker bar and socket to do the work for them since they can't and said I am not allowed to do that for safety reasons which makes sense but I told them to use it then and they say according to walmart they are not allowed to. Manager Edwin is the one that said they only use a certain airgun for removing lug bolts and if that doesn't do it then go to another company. I was there for an appointment at 9am and wasn't pulled in till 9:30 however once pulled in, the walmart went on evacuation for safety reasons, afterwards (which was around 30 min) the 2 mechanics they had on duty disappeared for another 30 minutes. And when I asked the person checking cars in (Loretta) she told me she would go and check where they are which is when Edwin came and told me that they would be back in an hour. At this point it was 10:22 and I wanted my vehicle back but them the mechanics came out suddenly and they started attempting to do work. They did nothing on my vehicle talked to me about the lugs being to tight from last time meanwhile they didn't even do anything at all. He didn't even attempt at removing the bolts. Edwin then came out with Mayra telling me they can't do anything which resulted in me waiting my time for nearly 2 hours for no service to be done. This walmart is terrible. I even came last night at 5pm. They're hours are till 7pm. They were closed at 5pm due to short staff.which is funny because I saw 3 guys in there cleaning up and they were still in there when I went to check in. Ridiculous.

I like this Walmart. The shelves are well stocked and the aisle and clean and organized. Large store. I like that they removed a good amount of the things that cluttered up the heads of the aisle. At times you couldn't get by the other customers with your cart because of all the nonsense stuff. Clothing aisle always seem to narrow though. Great variety of fresh-looking produce and meats. Prices are well below some stores in the area. I find certain items here that I can't find in other Walmart's or store for that matter. Of course, with most Walmart's in my experience is that they do not open enough registers EVER. Lucky this are many self-service registers. But sometimes I don't want to check myself out. The place is always packed in the evening and on Saturdays, but I have found if you go there early on Sunday mornings before say 11:00 you can believe it or not get in and out quickly. I have actually walked right up to an open register. They also have a separate liquor store at this location. Good size parking lot. Their biggest and I mean their biggest downfall is their bathrooms. They need to be cleaner. The carts are good and you can usually get one.

Did pick up and the experience was terrible! Enough to never shop at a Walmart again. First, I received a text stating my order would be delayed by two hours. A few minutes later, a text stating my order is ready. Arrived and Lanes are not labeled. I was instructed to park one way during a previous pick up and yesterday I was told I needed to back all the way out of the pick up area. On top of this angering experience, a worker with an attitude. What kind of tomfoolery is this? This is not worth my time or money. I'm deleting my Walmart account. If I'm ever in another Walmart it will be due to Target going out of business! Kick rocks Walmart!

For the second time I have waited nearly an hour for an order pick up. This time however I sat after a verbal and mobile check in while 6 other cars came and went. Utterly ridiculously. I could have shopped my own order 3 times over. And there are plenty of people delivering orders today, it has nothing to do with staffing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The convenience and lower prices are not worth the loss of time.

I placed an order online for delivery. The next day I recess text to say order was on its way, within a split second I received another text to say order had been delivered. I phoned Walmart's customer service and was told that my order had been returned to store. I was told I could receive a refund, but would have to wait 5 to 10 business days. I asked if they could try another delivery. The CSR put me on hold for a minute and told me she couldn't get through to the store. To cut long story short. I asked for a refund as I wasn't getting anywhere with the rep. To the people who wish to order from this store, please be wary or lazy drivers at this store who do not wish to do their job and stupid customer services reps on the phone.

This Walmart in Lake Nona is new and clean and HUGE! It's definitely worth driving a bit further to shop in this nicer location. Yesterday (1/10/21) upon arrival, we were asked to wait outside a bit as they were actively managing the number of people in the store which immediately put me at ease. I appreciate the safety measures.
