I came into Walmart stressed from my daughter's car not starting. The team at this location changed the battery no questions asked and let me know the warranty covered it. I had went to auto zone earlier to have battery tested and they said it was fine and changed key fob battery. I had to jump the car 3 times and decided to come to Walmart and I'm so glad I did!The team changed battery and checked alternator. Thank you again Horace!!

It's Walmart, it has everything you'd expect a Walmart (especially Supercenter) to have - no surprises there. It was great that it was open before 7am to get cold and allergy essentials while traveling. No crowds and a friendly staff at that time. Was a breeze to navigate!

This walmart is great for all of your needs especially if you are traveling here! They have suitcases and luggage and Disney merchandise from t-shirts to hats to rain ponchos and portable chargers fanny backs galore! Even plush Disney characters Also I sae alot of people traveling with taking uber and lifts so it's close enough for that back to your resort or air bnb,And of course you can buy all of your groceries! It's a bit crowded but just prepare yourself when planning to go! Also there is plenty of parking! And also there is a McDonald's and anything else you need is close by even icon park! Also I saw many people taking Uber and Lyfts in front of store so it's fairly easy to get there by Uber or Lyft! Walmart is the way to go for all of your Park needs!

(Translated by Google) Like most supermarkets in the Walmart group, this one is no different! It's very big, with a huge range of products, the values as always very aggressive, whenever you need you'll find an employee to help you, the parking lot goes without saying, with hundreds of spaces all well signposted etc, in short, you can go calmly who will like.(Original)Como a maioria dos supermercados do grupo Walmart, esse não é diferente!

Listen I have never been to a Walmart that provided good customer service. Mediocre at best but good customer service. Never. Maybe it was the time of day that I went; the wee hours of the morning but the lady in the self-checkout area was just so nice! Even the lady in the chip aisle was nice. Now I can't confirm whether or not she works for Walmart or frito-Lay but went to back to verify that the chips I was looking for was not in stock. The Walmart workers back in South Florida would've told me "what's here is what we have".Outside of this, it is the typical Walmart. Nothing special.

If i could give zero stars to walmart, a great business plan turned into a crapy business because of greed. Employees are being eliminated. Walmart makes billions annually and then they say they cannot hire security, thats just absurd to me. Hopefully walmart will get their act together

KUDOS and thanks to the staff at Walmart on Turkey Lake Road for providing supreme quality customer service to me! They were friendly and downright courteous! The environment was very clean, and the bathrooms are always available, especially in the back of Walmart!

The best way to describe this Walmart Supercenter is that it is a Walmart Supercenter. Most of us are familiar with Walmart, whether it be the Supercenters all the way down to the Neighborhood Markets, and we have all bore witness to the business model that Walmart has dictated that we follow if we are going to patronize their stores. This might be one of the reasons that I do not go into many walmarts. There are a few things at Walmart that it seems that I can only get at walmart. So I do have to make the occasional visit I guess my recommendation is this, if you have to go to walmart, this Walmart Supercenter is as good as any other Walmart Supercenter.

We brought 2 cars in for oil changes. We were told two hours wait time. After two hours, I noticed cars were being taken in for service that had arrived after we did. When I inquired about this, I was told I had only processed one car for service. When I produced two WalMart issued service tags, then we were told there was a computer "glitch", and would have to re-enter my info. Meanwhile, they took two cars back to begin service ahead of me. How hard is that? If you can't keep track of who is next, then go back to the "take a ticket" procedure. No one has 3 hours to wait for a simple oil change. I will go elsewhere and pay more from now on. The cheaper price isn't worth this hassle, or my time.

This Walmart is located near the attractions in Orlando (mainly Universal Studios) and we had to buy some conditioner for our AirBNB so we were able to stop by here. This is your typical Walmart (I did think it was a bit bigger than your ordinary Walmart) and to match the city, they do also have some Disney goods and merch you can purchase for bargain prices, if you're not trying to buy it at the parks. We were able to go in and out pretty quickly - they had everything we needed and it wasn't as busy as we expected it to be. Again, this was a huge location and we weren't in there for a long time so I can't give the most detailed reviews, but it wasn't a bad Walmart at all!

Why can't Walmart be open 24/7 again. This and a couple other ones in my area are in tourist spots. I work late so Walmart being open late is perfect for me and others in the late night industry. I get it Covid.... but everything else is functionally normally. I mean honestly all Walmarts are self check out. They barely run with staff during operating hours so what's the difference with late night hours?! They would have the same employees at night that they have in the day. I'm assuming they don't want to pay the extra hourly for the night people. Can we please get 24/7 Walmart back?! To add more I tend to buy off Amazon. i rather go in person to buy what I want. Really, what's the difference in your 10 employees during the day vs 10 employees at night....oh it's because you don't want to pay them more for working nights.....

Absolute mayhem the evening before hurricane Ian. No staff to organise the panic buying and hours of queues.

Terrible customer service. I have been by three times this week after work to try and return something, and theyre closed before 8pm. The website says customer service is open 8am-8pm, I get out of work at 7 and work 12 Hr days. I've been at customer service at 745pm and they're closed. One manager said it's because they're short staffed, okay fine, then change ur hours on your website please and why can't a manager return something for me? A different manager said it's because they're system is down due to rain, that's weird, all of your other cash registers, restaurants, nail salon, the entire store has electricity and the computers are working, but only customer service is down? It just started sprinkling, it hasn't rained all day dude. I hate Walmart. They make it so difficult to do anything. Save your self a trip, and grocery shop at Aldi or somewhere else. Definitly don't bother going to this turkey lake Walmart, it's too busy all the time and they're not consistent with they're hours, store pick up times, or inventory listed online and the ap.
