There is currently a shortage for my medication so I have been calling around to different pharmacies asking them if they have any in stock so I can have my doctor send a prescription. All of the pharmacies I've spoken to in the area (well over 30 at this point) have been kind enough to at least tell me if it is worth my time or my doctors (there's a lag of around 2 days to send a prescription off and then wait to see if the pharmacy has it) to try and fill it. I called this Walmart pharmacy today and whoever picked up the phone answered it like a personal cellphone, which was very confusing at the beginning. When I asked them about the medication availability they seemed to transfer me and whoever they transferred me to had absolutely no customer care. She didn't even greet me when she picked up the phone, I had to talk to see if anyone was on the other line. Then she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't offer me any information and that I would have to have my doctor send my prescription over. When I explained the situation she told me she couldn't help. When I explained to her other pharmacies had been able to help me she said "go to those pharmacies then" and then hung up. We are in a unique space right now with these drug shortages, other pharmacies understand this and are being as helpful as they can to help mitigate issues for their patients. Whoever was on the other line at this pharmacy clearly does not care about their patients.

Gotta say that the women in the pharmacy today, Yngrid and Marie, were absolute incredible! Miraculous for me, honestly! Yngrid's recommendations and hard work, along with Marie's professionalism and understanding, not only saved me a lot of money, time, and trouble in many ways, it turned my spirits completely around, and very much renewed my faith in the kindness of strangers. This is the best pharmacy in all Wal-marts because these women truly care!

For the past 6 months people who lives in the trailer park behind me has been leaving your grocery as in m yard. I talked 4 times on the phone to the manager at this store over the last 6 months . Yesterday I went and talked to a manager and show her about 5 pictures. I gave her my address and beg her to come and get them. She said she would today Monday. Have not done that. I told her if not done I would post on face book. Please get the carts please. It is an eye sore to my house and yard. Please let me know what you going to do...I don't want to call the county about...my email is

I went online to walmarts website to get the price of the moto g play smartphone. The website stated that it was 49.13 +tax and that I could pick it up at this particular store today Ok so far so good. Rude customer service that if u can find someone who works there. A lot of items out of stock. And need I get started on the check out. 30min wait two cashiers. Line almost to the fitting room. The self check out worst. That's back up to the produce area. Sad so sad Mr Walton should turning in his grave at how thing have turned out with his company
