I don't understand why the employees are always on the cell phone and this store is always out of items I need plus some of employees are rude. and I do understand that some employees are on the website looking for something for a customer but all the one I see are on the actual phone. i hope this gets corrected. Need to change the store I go to.

Very rude and unprofessional. Majority of the workers stand in the corners smelling like weed and gossiping instead of working. Rarely any sufficient inventory and this specific woman by the name of Kathy made my visit there worse by unnecessarily yelling at me when I asked for help in finding a item.

I get my meds here every 3 months. I love the texting feature they offer. It helps a ton. Without the texting feature. I'm usually waiting 2 days on my scripts. Thank you.

It seems to me nobody cares if people get sick or not. It's unbelievable with these places . The food be looking fine when you get it then once you look under its all nasty it's like they hide it. Why put it out if it's bad !?

My name is Jesus Marti. I visit this store at least six times every week. I consider it to be an Excellent store and services. Very well balanced. Everybody treated with respect and deference. Bilingual and non racist. Unbelievably kind and professional personnel and managers are one of a kind and very diligent. Very clean and COVID services are very good. Desinfecting carts, social distancing and directing people to avoid proximity. Managing partner Aida or Aixa really on top of customers needs and Store utmost services and quality. Deserves, merits and warrants 1000% (one thousand percent) in a scale out of 100 ( one hundred)... ***** Five Stars Rating *****

Was informed my script would be ready at 5pm. Waited until next day to go pick up, just to make sure. After waiting in line an hour, was told the insurance would not cover it being filled there. Asked why I wasn’t called and informed of this and was told IDK. Then asked to pay for my daughters candy, so I did not have to wait in the line and was told no. Very poor staff, very poor pharmacy, very poor pharmacist. Will not be bringing my business to Walmart any longer.

This place needs new management. Staff is utterly absent. Don't get me wrong, they are physically there somewhere but not where they're supposed to be, they have absolutely no presence, no idea how to help if asked, and they don't know where things are. Checkout lines are backed up because there's no worker there to assist you. They are constantly out of stock of food especially in the deli. Again, they probably have the food, but no workers willing to put out the food and restock.
