5 people working. I'm the only person waiting. Each employee made eye contact with me while chatting with each other. No one said, "hello" or "be with you in a minute". Finally two women painfully slowly made their way to the checkout. still no acknowledgment. An attitude like I was interrupting a lunch break. Ive had similar experiences every time at this location. I wont return here. Id give zero stars if it was an option.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used in my life... and I know pharmacies well. Ziad, the Pharmacy Manager, is amazing and has never failed to help me when I need it. (And I have needed his help a lot sometimes.) The staff is friendly when I call or am there, even though they are very, very busy at times. I love that they will send me my medications, saving me a trip in to get them (thank you, pandemic!). Do not hesitate to use this pharmacy.

I would give this a zero if I could. I came in after calling in a refill on medication that can not be skipped. I stood in line almost 8 min and they rang another women up while another girl watched her work and I stood there. I got to the counter and I was asked my DOB then all of a sudden they are closing the drawer out. They pulled down the metal doors in my face as I'm still at the counter. I have no other way there until Wednesday due to a disability. I'm going through major anxiety for missing my depression medication. My doctor won't be back till Tommorow so I was told it would behoove me to go to the ER and seek medical care. What a crappy, crappy thing to do to someone. It was ready for pick up. You just rang another person up like 10 seconds ago. You let me stand there almost 10 min. This was last Thursday evening. I'll never ever get anything filled there again. I explained it was ready and how important it is I get it while I planned my ride. I can't drive my car at certain times because of my disability However, they kept closing it in my face. Someone was in a blue button up top hiding. I think he was a new manager. I've NEVER wrote a Yelp review ever. This is how terrible people are being treated. Ive never beenanything but pleasant when dealing with them. How awful to do someone that way with the way the world is right now. Two customers watching were horrified and posting it on YouTube he said. I don't know if he was just talking due to anger. i had no idea until I was walking away in tears.

Horrible! The most unprofessional and rude pharmacists. They lie when they forget to order something or tell you your insurance doesn't cover it. I've had to get my insurance and dr.s office involved to talk with them because of how rude and inefficient they are. I only go there because they are 2 minutes away, but I'm in the process of changing. I rather drive further than have to deal with these uneducated associates.

WOREST PHARMACY! Rude Staff and after being told that my daughter medication was going to be ready in 40 mins I decided to leave and come back later I came back 3 hours later and the medication was still not ready.

I had the extreme displeasure of a "customer service" experience at this neighborhood Wal-Mart location. I went to purchase alcohol a because there were scratches over my valid Florida ID, the associate would not allow me to purchase because it was "altered". I asked to speak with a manager and the Personnel Coordinator came out to speak with me. I asked her why this was a problem and she claimed I altered my I'd and there is nothing she can do. I have gone to plenty different Wal-Mart locations in the Central Fl area and have never had a problem until now. I let her know that I've gone to other Walmart's with no issues and she told me I could go to other Walmart's then very condescendingly. I can understand policy, but disrespect is another story. Wouldn't recommend this location at all.

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would! Came in person was told in one hour..come back in four hours and still not ready! Mind you I called in between to make sure.. was given poor excuse of under staffed when there are 4 people behind counter.. now miraculously it will be ready in 10 mins right before they close! Don't ever come here!!!

Stay away from their pharmacy, unless you have a deathwish. Wrong prescriptions, misleading info, long wait, and outright lies if you go here. Buyer beware.

Some of the worst service I've ever seen. Been going here for years. Started off good, but it's really gone downhill lately. It's not unusual for them to switch their standard lunch break time and close down, to forget to fill your meds, to forget to call you back, to blatantly lie to you about procedure and stock over and over again. I could excuse all of this if it wasn't for the almost reflexive nature of the lying. I doubt literally everything they say to me at this point.

Since my previous pharmacy kept raising my co-pay for my maintenance medication, I decided I would take a new prescription I had for flu-related symptoms to a new pharmacy with lower co-pays. My Cigna app informed me Walmart had some of lowest co-pays for my plan so I figured it was worth a shot. I was surprised to see that this pharmacy, located in a Walmart Neighborhood Market, offers drive-thru. I decided to drop off my prescription in store and wait. The pharmacy tech registered me for text notifications. I had a shorter wait time than anticipated and the co-pay due was what I expected. I was pleasantly surprised that when I informed the tech I had never taken this medication before (as a response to her question), she had me speak with the pharmacist. I've been to several pharmacies before and have always just been asked if I'd like to speak to a pharmacist, to which I generally decline and attempt to answer my own questions via use of Google. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and kind. I found myself asking a question I might have forgotten to Google. Bottom line: The price is right and the service is personable. I look forward to making this Walmart Pharmacy my pharmacy for all of my medications.
