Given the helplessness of feeling scammed and robbed, I have had to resort to a review as a method of defense. I went to Walmart in the electronics section and was served by a young man named Jonatan and with terrible customer service since I never even looked up, much less issued word, he sold me a printer cartridge and without me asking for it and without me realizing it, he added a Google Play card which I didn't want and had no idea about buying, I realize the scam and I return to the store where they tell me that those cards They are not refundable and they cannot refund my money. This is the third time they make me go and mocking me, they make me wait for more than an hour and tell me to come back the next day, fooling me without taking into account my time and my work, the issue I wonder if they only did it to me or if they literally dedicate themselves to doing it to older people and people with visual problems like me. I hope at some point to get my money back and get justice. More than three people calling themselves managers have already helped me. Here I am. waiting to see what happens.

Recently went into Walmart for a simple diaper exchange, like I’ve done in the past. I’ve never had any issues before until now. During COVID I would go up to customer service (same location), tell them I need to exchange for a different size and that was that. They would check if it was indeed purchased at Walmart and give me the ok to exchange for a different size. I’ve never been asked for a receipt, ID, nothing. Today did the same thing, but instead of accepting the diapers I was denied. Spoke to the customer service manager, Jennifer, and compared my diaper exchange to an “alcohol or tobacco purchase” and that I would need an ID since I didn’t have the receipt. I’d understand if it was indeed an alcohol exchange or even an electronic….but a box of diapers? The comparison is uncanny and quite ridiculous.Just to clarify the young man who first assisted me was really cool about it and even confirmed that this was indeed bought at Walmart, but since I didn’t have the right documents told me to wait for his co worker and see if she can do it “the old fashion way”. The second worker denied me on the spot and that’s when I asked to speak to a manager. As a customer who frequently goes to this specific location I’m extremely upset, especially with times being hard already and Christmas right around the corner. Having to buy another box of diapers wasn’t exactly in my budget. But as I said before I’d understand if I was trying to exchange something of value like a tv or anything more than $50 worth but this was over a box of diapers that were unopened. Please guide Jennifer to be more understanding moving forward and don’t let something as silly as diapers put a bad taste in other customers mouth.

Great meat selection, prices ate fair, compared to publix, and windixie, you will definitely save a lot.Pharmacy available, and very friendly hours for the customers.Good selection in pet items and food plus pet supplies.CHOOSE CAREFULLY and you will always get really good quality with their fruits and vegetables.Lots of self served register, may e 1 or 2 occasionally registers open with normal people for old folks, seniors and ppl who simply don't want to do it all.

I wish they had better deals on clearance here. Other than that it's fine given the fact that it's just a regular Walmart and there's no groceries here. There's a grocery Walmart a block away but it's not great to have to go to two places which means parking twice and unparking twice and loading the car in each place and all that nonsense which is not simple with the toddler. So the sooner they can combine the two into one super Walmart in this area of South Semoran, the better.

The staff is horrible. Every time I'm in that store, I hear employees talking about one another. The restrooms are absolutely awfuland smell really bad. I brought it to one of the managers attention and he simply said to me. You need to call the one eight hundred number and complain about it

This location was just okay. Unfortunately, they don't sell meat, eggs, etc. Had to go to another location, which is not convenient. Store was clean & organized though, which is nice.

I'm going to say three star for this Walmart on Princeton specifically because and it's this is three star pertains to this problem. I went to look for short sleeve shirts for a 2-year-old toddler and when I say limited I mean limited to like four shirts, different styles. Everything that was in the toddler section was all long sleeve. So if that doesn't tell if that should doesn't tell you anything, please Walmart get more short sleeve shirts for a toddlers boys so this three star pertains to that little experience I had that day. Staff was actually really friendly because the lady was folding the toddler clothes and I asked her several times and you never know if you know. The employee is really trying to help you or whatnot but they're just was not any short sleeve for toddler. Although they did have this really really cute Snoopy sweat outfit that I bought and instead of buying him more clothes I just set out to buy for his birthday gifts. I got him he's two and they're all the toys that are in Walmart. I just for some reason I feel like they can't really learn off of them and so I just ended up buying him a radio flyer scooter for ages three to five and it was a really good purchase. The radio flyer for toddlers ages three to five it. He's so little on it. He he can't even really use it too much. He's still small compared to it but I know it was a goodbye radio flyers. Great bye!

Attitude with cashiers. Some of them will even stalk you in the store to see what you are up to. They don’t care if you are alone in the store either. Ladies be on the lookout for cashiers and customers who stalk you if they see you are alone in a store. Be mindful.

This Walmart is very convenient and can be a hidden gem at times. Only thing is go in the mornings early for a fine experience. In there busiest hours is when the Goblins, Ghouls, Gremlins, Trolls, Orcs, bigfoot, the Yeti shoppers are causing mayhem. Go early folks.
