Walmart changed there policy on returns now if it’s certain stores shouldn’t that be specified here ?? I tried to exchange diapers and was told by the employee it has to be the same size same brand same everything, then what is the point of the return? The manager came over and said well that’s the policy I was upset that they wouldn’t even try to work with me. The diapers were a gift and we just wanted to change size and brand and the employee said that our box was also broken but it came that way on the top where the handle was. The manager said “well that’s Walmarts policy it changed” we left and I saw this online and yeah there’s nothing specific about the policy on returns with no receipt. So if you want to exchange a gift make sure people give you a gift receipt they will always give you a hard time, I’ve exchanged plenty of things without a receipt at a different Walmart and had no issues without a receipt as things were gifts and sizes just didn’t match.

Worst customer service! Don't waste your time on a return at this location. It seems like every time there's a return, their system is always down, and they love sending customers to the Walmart Supercenter. Very inconvenient for the customers.

Went to the Walmart on Landstar Blv and we had an awful experience . The machine releasing the lottery tickets did not work - from few weeks now and is an adventure to get someone to help you . Futhermore , once we got tickets it took forever to can pay them to the cashier . The lady left even there were two people in line ( me and another guy) , and I did not see her again. A group of few employees were on the side of the counter talking to each other . I assumed if they see us , one of them will come . no way , they saw , they continued to talk . I waited until my patience run out. I placed the tickets on the counter and I left .very disappointing

Very large selection of ethnic goods. Good to see each store has their finger on the pulse of the surrounding community and offers wider selection and diversity of goods that locals can buy in one convenient location.

Amazing place! Got some coffee and other great products. The produce was fresh and the bread was fresh baked. Bathrooms were clean! Can't complain!

This store is always filthy and disorganized. The employees are too busy blocking aisles while they are socializing. I don't know if this is considered half a store because their variety of items is extremely lacking. I dread when I have to go to this store to run in for even one item. This is a constant at this location, not a onetime occurrence.

The supervisors of this location are suck.
The worst experience ever. I came to the store for shopping and there no cart no baskets. I ask ladies from customers service for baskets and they didn’t help me. Just said: we don’t know. I found a basket under empty cashier place, And after 30 minutes, when I left the store the situation was the same. So sad for this place.

Even though it was late evening there was only one register open and three self-service and the lines were long. Come on Walmart bring up more employees in and keep these lines moving
