Is sad to say that every employee I came across with didn’t look happy. I ask for help and they send me to search. I had to go around multiple times to find what I searching for. No one gave a smile. Honestly, all I saw was a bunch of angry employees! The only one that was nice to me was the cashier. Oh, and a bunch of employees together in a group making fun of a customer. Never coming back to this store. ??????

Took my car in for an oil change. Said I wanted the cheapest option (the one for $22.50) worker told me yes, they’ll do the cheapest option. Go to pay and I’m being charged for the $32 oil change plus a $12 air filter. I let the kind lady at the register know that was wrong (she was so sweet! Wish I had gotten her name). She lets the auto workers know their mistake and, at my request, asks them to drain it and put in the correct oil so I can pay the correct price. One of the workers starts yelling at her. So loud we can all hear him through the door. I feel horrible for her. They tell her that they’re out of the cheaper oil. She asks them why they didn’t let me know that beforehand. they said the worker who I originally communicated with didn’t pass on the info to them that I wanted the cheapest oil. Then they change their story and start saying that they did tell me that they were out and that I was lying. Why would I lie and want my time wasted like that? Had I known they were out I would have went to a different Walmart location. And I certainly wouldn’t have asked them to drain it and put in the correct oil and waste another 45 minutes of my time. Makes no sense. The poor lady at the register was so kind and apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault. I can’t believe you have auto workers like that working for you, that would yell at a fellow coworker in front of everyone, as well as accuse a customer of lying, instead of just apologizing and making it right. It was horrendous behavior from the men in the auto bay. I will never take my car here for an oil change again. First time getting an oil change at Walmart, and will also be my last time.

Walton family has billions of $$$, closes the customer service dept at 3pm. I'm there at 4:30 pm 3 employees standing there chatting among themselves. I'm told to return tomorrow.I receive no "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" or anything. Waste of my time and gas Greedy, lazy, poorly staffed, mismanaged business.

Worse Walmart ever! they have over 27 places for cashier but only 6 with employee working on it. You may think that they need more people, but you walk around there and you see many employees on their phones waking doing nothing as there is no people supervising them. The 6 lines available get long, over 10 people with carts per line, blocking the passage of people who wants to walk by. I can seriously share photos of 6 employees I counted on their phones talking nothing related to this business. Plus, to close with golden medal for bad administration, there is no self-checkout available at all. It's sad, because I live near to this Walmart and I can't rely on it. :(

You can’t treat one person different from another because of how they look. Never said a word to anyone, or acted out of line. Yet, cashier takes several customers of color and won’t serve me because “there’s no cashier available”. I contacted a manager and he didn’t seem to care. It’s called discrimination. Don’t shop here. Go to target, order Amazon, anything but this place. Sad, but true.

I don’t understand the logic of closing the liqueur store 2 HOURS before the whole store. ???

Inside the store is good, outside in the parking lot is where the problems are. Almost every time I go there someone approaches me or the people I go with begging for money or help with whatever.

Probably not a great idea to go on Christmas Eve an hour before the store closes.
