Went into the sporting goods counter and there was a manager of some type and I asked her if there was someone who could get my license renewed and she just pointed to a screen and said that may help you and walked away. I thought this very unprofessional response to a customer and her she was in charge. Upon walking out after making my other purchase I spotted her and the other manager standing at the front of the store just watching people.

I have never been to a more disorganised Walmart in my life.nobody speak English nobody want to work nobody knows where anything in the store they work is located the oil change manager is trash she can careless about anything you may need help with she is a warm body and useless you can tell she does not want to be bothered at all never shop here it’s ghetto.it was my day off all I did was work at Walmart all day cause they hire anybody now how can you help someone if you don’t speak english

I am disgusted!! I was using my card to checkout at register number 14 and my chip was not reading. The cashier proceeded to ask for my card and then wiped it in a bag of liquid with paper that was on her counter. When I asked her what that was she decided to catch and attitude with me and say, “I cleaned it, what is the problem”! Ma’am, I just wanted to know what liquid you just put on my card because there are germs. This Walmart continues to decline in service. Very dissatisfied.

Terrible customer service. I made a complaint to the ethics department today. The operator kept letting the phone ring out and kept hanging up on me. Very disgusting!!!!!

Auto care center is terrible! Employees very impolite and they make you wait over 30 min in line to then tell you they don’t have the oil for your car. This happened to me SEVERAL times. Will not be back. Don’t waste your time! It’s a bit cheaper than other places but not worth the wait

None of the self checkouts were open. Had to wait in line for a slow cashier who gossips with others wasting my time and then failing at bagging my items properly.
I'd rather wait in line for a self checkout for 5 minutes than go to a line with a cashier, and I'm sure while some prefer cashiers to self checkout, I'd argue many more prefer the self checkout option.
Get those self checkouts open (and keep cashiers for those that struggle checking out their own as some do have physical or mental needs where checking out their own shopping is too hard for them).
