Dear Walmart Team,
I have been a customer of your store for over five years and recently had an unfortunate experience with a product in poor condition. I bought [Cheetos] at their location [201 S Chickasaw TRL Orlando Fl, 32825 ] and, upon opening it inside the store because my baby asked me to, I noticed that it had a bitter taste and was in bad condition.
Upon informing the store manager, I was not allowed to exchange it, even though the product was defective. Still, I ended up paying for it and taking it, even though it wasn't fit for consumption.
I would like to know if there is a solution to this situation and what measures you take to guarantee the quality of the products in your stores. I appreciate your attention and look forward to your prompt response. In great service lies the greatness of man.

The cashier Jomaris went out of her way and went over and beyond for me. I was in and out! Great employee and always kept a smile on her face that caused me to smile the entire time as well.

Since the change up at the local neighborhood Walmart, the options just aren’t there-well let me rephrase that-there are options, but they took out some of the top brands to do so. Very frustrating not to be able to get what you want.
