The service is very bad, they review it as if they were going to steal some product from me and they don't review the others instead of reviewing those who really don't pay for everything, they review those who do pay for everything. And they remain like buttholes in front of the client while the old woman checks everything and tells me okay, you can leave after 5 minutes reviewing as if you saw her time. In the end, everything was paid? They should report it

My wife was treated very poorly by a manager named Gloria. She actually told my wife to go to Publix. From now on I guess we will shop at Publix. Ignorant and racist management.

It's so disrespectful to have an elderly person go on a wild goose hunt because some of the employees are incompetent to direct them in the right direction. If you don't know page another coworker. All the one stars are explanatory for this location.

Just wow! This location is insane and it feels like you're in the 3rd World and about to get shot any moment! You can see people walking out with items without paying constantly and nobody can or does anything! The employees are rude and the entire store is just nasty. I can only imagine Sam Walton walking into this place if he were alive, he would bulldoze this place asap! I wouldn't be surprised if corporate closes this store due to endless theft and the environment here. So many things are locked away and good luck finding help to get access to an item under lock and key (like shaving razors lol). Just wow, what a joke! Who manages this place!? It's the worse grocery store I have ever seen, and I've been in other Countries that aren't in one of the most well known and funded areas like Orlando.

The store is fine, but the cashier's don't know what they are doing when it comes to food cards from people medical insurance, and instead of helping the customers first, they decided to talk with each other first.

The shopping cart is the ultimate litmus test for whether a person is capable of self-governing. To return the shopping cart is an easy, convenient task and one which we all recognize as the correct, appropriate thing to do. To return the shopping cart is objectively right. There are no situations other than dire emergencies in which a person is not able to return their cart. Simultaneously, it is not illegal to abandon your shopping cart. Therefore the shopping cart presents itself as the apex example of whether a person will do what is right without being forced to do it.No one will punish you for not returning the shopping cart, no one will fine you, or kill you for not returning the shopping cart, you gain nothing by returning the shopping cart. You must return the shopping cart out of the goodness of your own heart. You must return the shopping cart because it is the right thing to do. Because it is correct. A person who is unable to do this is no better than an animal, an absolute savage who can only be made to do what is right by threatening them with a law and the force that stands behind it.The Shopping Cart is what determines whether a person is a good or bad member of society.

Today it has been raining all day since this morning, no thunder, no lightning, just a rainy day. We placed an order for curbside pick up yesterday, received confirmation to pick up today at 1 pm never received a delay of order notification or anything. I Arrived in the parking space for curbside at 1 pm, called in and was told “I’m going to have to wait because there are 3 orders in front of mine and they cannot come outside in the rain” meanwhile there are associates outside with umbrellas smoking and talking on the phone etc. so I tell the associate on the phone “what do you mean?” “Are you telling me you don’t have anyone with an umbrella or a poncho that can bring the order outside?” He says no, it’s too high risk ? so I asked can I pick up my order inside? and his response is “well I guess if you want to” I get out of my car, I am soaked going into the store, I go to customer service provide them with my information and three people are telling me, they are working on it, they had to go pick it, they didn’t have it ready etc. meanwhile I explain to them why I’m inside retrieving my order as their associate stated they do not come out in the rain. Not one person apologized, not one manager, not one associate admitted they were wrong just simply handed me my order after 30 minutes of waiting because they didn’t have the order ready and said “thanks for being patient” lol Just horrible customer service all the way around. You make your customers who paid for their curbside order a day ahead come inside and get soaked because you are too lazy to send someone outside?? smh not right! Get it together and tell your associate to stop taking selfies with a mop while customers are patiently waiting for their orders, get your poncho on and get to work lazy lazy people!

EDIT - I have to drop the rating on this store, it has gone downhill in every bad way since Covid. There is rarely ever a cashier on duty, no matter the time of day or night, ye you can see them hanging out together in front of the self check outs, usually in groups of 2 or 3 just talking and waiting to assist people having trouble checking out their own groceries. I don't have a problem with self check outs, it's a great idea, for people that only have 3 to 10 items, but when you shop like I do, and have a full basket >< it is nothing but WORK! If I'm going to do YOUR JOB, which takes 3-4 times as long, btw, we should get a discount! Better yet, You should ALWAYS have at least 1 cashier open.Additionally, the management is of the lowest quality possible, they seem to purposefully escalate any situation in order to relieve themselves of responsibility and put it on security. I've watch more than a few times as some very small issue was turned into something dangerous, and heated! It doesn't help that the Assistant store manager has the worst breath I have ever been exposed to, death my breath is the picture of how bad it is :\ They mis-priced a drink I purchase quite often, a Twisted Tea, it cost $3:48, it rang up as $7 and change, I tried to explain to the manager the price is wrong and they should change it before more people get ripped off, should they not notice the mistake as I did. They refused to change the price, or even remove the product form the shelves, I even showed them their OWN STORE'S pricing online, obviously $3.48, she got upset, started raising her voice. I reminded her, she's management, and was acting in a every unprofessional manner, her response, "do you want the drink or not?! I'm about the call the police!" WOW...even the people standing around were stunned by her attitude, I didn't get upset, I simply turned around, and walked out, leaving $200 worth of self check out goods for them to deal with. I am not spending time behind bars because some crackhead pseudo manager wants to have a pissing contest with me. It's was an unfair fight to begin with consider she was armed with her biologically weaponized breath of death! ><(Below is my older review)Good store, my only complaint is there's rarely enough human cashier's, and the cart's are not that great. Other than that, it's par for the course!

This store is always well stocked and clean. The associates keep things running smoothly. It seems very well run. It's almost as good as Publix, which I think says a lot.

I use the self check out today and because I move the empty basket of groceries from right to left , the self checkout call an associate after I have finished scanning all my items only 4.The associate asked me, how many items I have, after they see the video clearly that I'm only moving my emty basket , so if you are asking me how many items I have, for me that was unnecessary and rude.
