There’s a old woman with white hair with glasses idk her name, but one time I came inside with my 13 year old son and we went to go grab some ingredients to make fish tacos and 1 ingredient we needed is a can of beer, once we grabbed everything thing we needed we went to self checkout and my son helped me scan everything and then when it was time to scan the beer the lady run up to my son and started grabbing him, her saying that “it’s illegal” and I told the lady that the beer was for me and she kept threatening to call the police and her telling me that I should get arrested. Now I’m a Hispanic guy and to me this offended me because instead of being polite telling me that it’s not okay for my son to touch the beer, she came up running to my son touching him and screaming at me, threatening me to call the cops. I didn’t want to argue with an old woman so instead I put the beer back and once I paid and went back to my car my son told me that she said quietly said “you people are always causing trouble” and this really pissed me off. Weeks later we came back to this same Walmart and bought some stuff with my son again and we were talking to this one Medicare lady inside the store and she need to grab some ice, which was right next to where we were standing from when we were talking to the lady. She came up and she said “Move” instead of saying excuse me and at this point I think it’s harassment due to our race and I didn’t want to cause problems so I just move out of the way and didn’t say anything and I explained to the Medicare lady the incident that happened to us in the beginning and the Medicare lady also told me that she’s always complaining to people and the lady we were talking to was also Hispanic. From a distance I see the old lady giving me and my son the stare, and even talking with coworkers and her pointing at me and my son and making us look uncomfortable. But I don’t think that being so damn rude and disrespectful doesn’t get you paid more. Just be nice and do you damn job instead of staring at us and disrespecting us. I know that if she ever reads this complaint i know that she’s gonna know it’s her because she’s probably the only one there who is disrespectful. All the other coworkers are nice and helpful. If anyone is reading this be careful about that old woman. I don’t know her name because her name tag is either covered or just already flipped backwards and if I ever find out her name I’ll make sure to put it in this review. I only gave this 1 start because of this old woman, other people are nice except her.

The problem isn't Walmart, it's where it's located. Orlando has some really slow people, it's probably the humidity & religion.
This store in particular discriminates against atheist white people.

Plesent atmosphere, but each time I go it seems they have rearranged the items I usually shop for. It takes longer than it should to shop because of the rearrangements.

Store 4425- I called around 4 pm on 11/11 to obtain availability of my prescription and pharmacy hours. I spoke with Someone and they informed me that my prescription was ready and that they close at 9 PM. I arrived at 7 PM to find that the pharmacy had already closed. I spoke with someone who I did not know was a manager at the time was speaking and they let me know that the pharmacy had just closed. I asked him what time does the pharmacy normally close? She looked at me confused and said 9 PM. I asked to speak with a manager to which she had been told me that she was a manager, and I explained to her that I spoke to someone on the phone who told me you guys would be open until 9 PM, and that my prescription was ready. I let her know that I had driven from pretty far and checked ahead to ensure I would Picking up my prescription. She did not seem empathetic and simply stated “well you will just have to come back tomorrow.” When I arrived today to pick up my prescription I waited over 30 minutes while on my lunch break. When an attendant finally arrived she seemed frustrated and was very rude. This whole ordeal has wasted a considerable amount of my time and caused me to be late, returning from my lunch. I would have gone later, but I could not risk them closing early again and not being able to obtain my prescription.This is unacceptable. Their response is unacceptable. It displays a lack of care by Walmart.
