Today February 22nd 2025 met the store manager Louis...he is truly an example of a true manager with objective, not behaving with an attitude, nor showing he is a great manager..he treats every customer and staff politely , courtesy... Above all, we have never seen managers to give a feedback for improvement, this kind of servicve should not go unnoticed.. Please ensure to inform their management immediately - Real example of the best manager in town.

Toys weren't long enough so the feeling wasn't as good so had to give it to my daughter and as didn't come with cleaner I could clean it before giving it to her.

Walmart itself is sometimes a joke to shop at but this location couldn’t get any worse. I’d come here for something to eat on my lunch break and I’d begin to not know what to expect when I got there…. Very ghetto and that’s just not my style. I’d rather go to a different one plus the line for self checkout can get a bit longer since it’s a neighborhood Walmart. I’m not usually in this area anymore but when I am I’ll do anything to avoid it. It’s preferable to have a calm shopping experience and I don’t get that here.

This place needs to be shut down the managers are HIGLY UNQUALIFIED all they do is gossip to each other. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEVERRRRRRR OPEN EVEN IF YOU CALL THE STORE TO MAKE SURE ITS OPEN ITS STILL CLOSED no matter the time of day they are always closed but there’s always more then 3 employees watching the self checkout

All went well, had everything I needed...
2nd experience NOT so good, rude delivery girl, threw...YES THREW my grocery bags into the back of my SUV...asked about substitution and was met with a disgusted "duhhh"...look....just checking ma'am...

15 minutes before 8 o’clock and they’re not understaffed they’re not super busy employees are playing and I go to the customer service center that closes at eight and they said they’re already closed. They’re hanging around chilling, but they can’t take care of customer service.
This Walmart is horrible customer service, they don’t run the way the should. It’s not Walmarts Walmart .. it’s the employees want to do what they want Walmart . WOW.
