I’ve shopped here since I was a child and today it took everything in me to not just walk out with the merchandise and not pay out of spite. I went in through the outdoor department, parked near it and ONLY went in for some plants. The two ladies working the outdoor section did not say hi or asked if I needed anything the whole HOUR I was there because they were too busy gossiping with each other. When I made my final selection I went to a register that did NOT have a closed sign, an older lady working literally SCREAMED at me from the back of the outdoor department all the way to the registers to tell me the register was closed. She couldn’t even walk up to me to tell me I’d have to pay indoors but Okay… So I ask if they’ll be able to check me out there in the outdoors department and she said no. She was not doing anything except standing there and talking. SHES WASTING COMPANY TIME !!! I ended up leaving my plant and walking out. You’re losing sales over people that don’t want to work. This just happened today March 14th at 1:30 pm. Why are there registers out there if no one will work it? It’s pointless to have its own entrance and registers yet STILL have to walk all the way to the other end of the store to check out. I will never come back there for any outdoor supplies or needs. On top of the horrible costumer service, The plants were all dry and dead…. I will switch over to Lowe’s and pay higher price just so I don’t feel the need to punch and old lady in the face. Thanks.

I went in the store to get a few camping supplies and continuously got funny. Looks as I was coming in and out of the store. The staff was super helpful and checkout was a breeze.

This Walmart store is located in a relatively close proximity to the Orlando International Airport, many hotels in the airport area, and is in a safe residential neighborhood.
The store is huge and offers pretty much every department, service, and product that the Walmart company offers throughout the country.
The store was relatively clean and organized, except for the ladies apparel and intimates, which was a nightmare.
The store is in need of additional check out lines and a few more self checkout registers. The majority were dedicated to credit or debit card purchases only. The self checkout line that accepted cash was pretty long.
I was extremely irritated by the employee working at the self checkout line. I understand that part of his job includes loss prevention,but since I was literally buying three items and did nothing to make my behavior questionable or shady, I am not sure why he was standing directly behind me the whole time, breathing down my neck, while the other registers were crowded with people around them who were ringing up entire carts of products. That was very frustrating and I was very close to handing him the merchandise and walking out.
The employees need a little help in the respect department. At least, that one does.

Every employee couldn't speak English. Out of almost everything of common use. Everyone around me was speaking different languages felt like a foreigner . Why would you hire people who can't even help you when you need it. Point to like 5 different people before I could get someone to understand me.

I shopped at this place regular what's the quality of the women's clothes I felt like I had walked into the Goodwill! The ladies clothes quality is getting worse and worse did look like old woman's clothes and most of the decent clothes are cut so short I don't even hardly come down to your waist. And whoever dressed The mannequin in the front ,the clothing on it was mismatched I would have been ashamed to have displayed that! I don't even think the clothing and there's American made anymore I think it's from another country or somewhere! Walmart I used to have the best clothing around it's quality is really going downhill!

Terrible attitude from Mrs. Jessica from customer service when we asked her to speak to us in Spanish because we did not know how to speak English, we had to leave the place without being able to solve our problem. She should not work with customers.

The staff at Walmart Auto service at this location are the rudest and slowest bunch I have ever met! Please do not go to this location! I had an appointment and arrived early to get an oil change! Waited more than 10 minutes to get acknowledged and went in and was approached to say they would be doing an oil change today! I ask what the issue was and he said because I had a few napkins in my floorboard that it was a danger to their staff! RIDICULOUS! Then tried to tell me there is a rotten smell I. The car that I just got cleaned yesterday and KNOW there is nothing stinky in my car! Is this something you do when you overbook appointments?? Also they sprayed something inside my car without my permission that stinks and is making me nauseous! So embarrassing to have someone suggest something so stupid. I have been getting my car oil changed here for years and instead of asking me to pick up a few napkins from the floor they are willing to lose a loyal customer! I don’t know why you made false claims to cancel my appointment but, it is so utterly ridiculous!
