So tired of self checkout and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE ABLE TO SPEAK AT LEAST SOME ENGLISH INSTEAD OF NOT EVEN TRYING AND WALKING AWAY. I GUESS THIS IS THE REASON AMAZON IS TAKING OVER. DREAD WALKING IN THE DOOR WHEN I HAVE TO GO THERE. WISH THERE WAS A NEGATIVE RATING.

For starters, none of the prices match what was displayed once scanned at the register. Pictures were taken and staff seemed as though they didn’t want to honor the prices even though pictures were taken to show proof. Lastly, this was the only Walmart in my life where I was asked while checking out have I paid for any of the items in my bag. Staff was watching us with a hawk eye. I doubt I’ll ever come back to this Walmart ever again.

Clean store, and prices are fine, but don't go here if you use scan and go. They have weird rules about what check outs you are allowed to use and they dig through all your bags to make sure you didn't steal anything. It is humiliating to have an employee digging through your bags just because you used a feature Walmart encourages you to use!

Big market has everything, it’s very convenient to shopping everything you want, also with very friendly and hospitable service, allow customers return or change items they don’t like in certain time period which Asia markets never have this kind of services. Americans should be grateful and cherish!

I used self checkout to pay for my items. The receipt printed and I grabbed it, along with my purchased items and proceeded to walk to the exit. When I get there, I am greeted by a Spanish-speaking ONLY Walmart employee, who looks at my receipt, looks at my items and begins speaking in Spanish.
“No habla espanol!” I exclaimed.
She proceeds to continue to get louder and louder, waving her hands and attempting to prevent me from exiting the store.
“I do not understand what you are saying,” I said, as she continues to get louder and louder.
It is then that I realize, the receipt I retrieved from the machine after my purchase, was not a reflection of my transaction, nor was it my card. I have the wrong receipt.
Finally, after 3 minutes of this nonsensical exchange, another Walmart worker walks over, and I tell him that it is not *my* receipt, however I am faced with the same dilemma as he also does not speak English. This second Walmart employee began to look this incorrect receipt over and over, and look through my Walmart bag.
“Come” he says.
I proceed to walk to the self check out area and look for what should have been *my* receipt, it is nowhere to be found. Finally, I pull up my online bank account and show the deduction from Walmart, with a timestamp to match the present day and time, and I am finally allowed to exit the building.
This all could have been handled with a lot less stress, confusion, and embarrassment had the Walmart employee spoken English.

Great location but NOT so much the employees that work there. They don’t know where the merchandise is and when I asked 2 different employees where something was they gave me the wrong information then the 2nd employee points me to go to where 3 employees are that are superior to her and when I asked one of them she pointed to the employee that just told me to go to them ??♀️ but one of them finally told me where it was located and it was there! This is the Walmart that is closest to my house which is in Lake Nona, again beautiful inside but NOT the employees.
