I definitely recommend this location.

Can you please hire more human cashiers? It's very annoying the inconvenience and delays for people using cashier machines that they have not been trained for. ?

I went to the Walmart in Alafaya to combine some cookies. I left them at customer service which made the purchase. I went to get them changed and the person at the cash register told me that they had already given me the refund. I told her that they didn't give me anything, it was a change and she didn't trust me. I told her I didn't have time for them to keep the cookies. That's why I make my purchases where they have the best customer service.

Cute location that is very small and clean compared to the ones I'm used to going. I deduct one star because I had a bad interaction with an employee. They were in the middle of restocking and I had just asked them 'excuse me' to retrieve an item from a shelf I couldn't reach. I wasn't getting a reply so I just asked 'excuse me' once more and they got upset at me. Honestly, with anxiety, this is why I don't go here anymore.

Incompetent employees. It’s like no one runs the place. No one knows how to help and apparently they don’t understand the deals you guys put out there. Won’t be back, rather spend double at publix

I was watch the whole time I was checking out. It was so obvious that I was being profiled. I called to speak to the manager and the person that answered the phone was rude and the manager never came to the phone.

Did you know without a receipt for food items are difficult to return? I had bought popsicles in November but I kept forgetting to return them. It tasted nasty and frost bitten. I had returned it yesterday then was asked for my receipt? I don’t have it. Customer Service Rep-CSR ((who was very nice but I realized nervous) then stated, you can exchange for the same item. I then informed, it was nasty I didn’t like it. I then asked,You don’t give gifts cards anymore? CSR stated, No it won’t allow me to give gift cards or money back. I had pulled out my Walmart Card refund immediately $6.01 then the CSR asked if wanting the cash back or put on the card? My response put on the card I need to pay it back, right. I had requested to speak with a Manager who informed that’s the new policy. I then shared it like you all treating use like crackheads or something. I know there are some who use returning as a hustle for a long time ( I used work in retail ex Manger) but to treat everyone the same is wrong. From my perspective I know Walmart trying to obtain their inventory but treating customers as if they are lying is horrible customer service. I had looked on my recipient which was given but the new policy wasn’t on the receipt . I know could have pushed and get a refund without the card but I bought the popsicle last month. Who going to keep a receipt for a month? News flash: everyone doesn’t have a card. So Walmart found a way to profit from our demise at the same time growing their profit margins. I will advise to get a small box to put your receipts in especially from Walmart. The reason for the 2 stars the CSR and Team Lead Manager was both nice but they have a job to do. However, Walmart suck eggs. I’m just say, ing. Be blessed.
