Manager is so rude, he’s upset with customers because he’s short on staff and takes it out on customers, not having staff it’s the stores problem and maybe with better management employees would enjoy working there

Me and my boyfriend went to get food at around 11:30ish and I got a hoogie sand-which and he got a burrito before we headed to the woman’s hospital because I’m pregnant, and when I took about 2-3 bites of mines I opened it up and realized they never gave me my meat ( chicken ) but I was already at the hospital when we started to eat and I had ordered a chicken Philly cheesesteak, but I only received just the cheese, veggies and sauces, when I called I was already at the hospital and they told me I had to call back around 2:30 because they were busy. Never going back again worst thing ever especially being pregnant.

Beware! Scammers took credit card info at the gas pumps. They made several purchases on our card . Had to cancel credit card.

I constantly have issues at store # 5150 with my food not being prepared with everything I requested and paid for. Today, they did not add the fajita vegetables for which I paid extra for nor did they add the hot peppers as requested. People loitering, poor quality food prep & subpar customer service is sadly becoming the norm at this location and I am seriously considering NEVER going back.

It is a shame that in the United States of America you don’t even feel safe walking into a gas station, because some people, you can imagine what they look like, ruined this establishment, and I say that as a minority myself, who doesn’t even feel safe walking into this place, is like walking into the ghetto, you don’t know if you’re going to make it out safe out of this store, because of the absolute chaos and hoodlums inside. The store itself is dirty, unkept, your food or order “oh probably got stolen”, or “I didn’t have time to bag it up, I was busy”, or “get out of my face” attitude when you go pick up an order; the cops are constantly being called, and I am shocked this place is still opened. A certain demographic has ruined it. Thanks a lot! Smh!

This place is a joke. I love wawa but this is the worst location and the staff is not up speed with what is going on in the store. If you stop here be prepared to wait.

I was using the restroom and the janitor just wouldn’t stop knocking the door and rushing me. Screaming something in Spanish. Yes was supposed to clean the restroom but should wait until the restroom is free with no people in. And under NO circumstances he should be knocking a customers door every 2 minute while the customer is doing their needs. Worst experience I had in any place in a LONG TIME. I hope that Hispanic guy gets fired.

Love the people work here coffee always hot and fresh to start your day and the snacks are nice and warm I suggest you try the stuffed pretzels with sweet cream cheese so delicious if they are not sold out already I just grabbed 3 yummy of course I’m sharing, I’m so happy to have this neighborhood

This place sucks I go to the one on john young but tried this one because it's by my house and I was tired after work but the service sucks the cashier walked away from me when I got to the register after scanning my ticket I was paying with cash so I had to wait to pay for my smoothie get to the smoothie area there is three red orders waiting why there is some guy I assume he is the manager because of his headset walked passed with out trying to help to go talk to the lady she gets to her station looks at the screen then proceeds to make coffee why they are red orders waiting I already had to wait to pay for my smoothie now I got to wait even longer for it at this point I just wanted my money back but from the service that I had it would be a headache so I just walked out my order number was 324 I left behind my strawberry banana mango smoothie something I paid for but believe I got my money back

Just left and Cashier was the rudest I’ve ever seen . walked in to buy a coffee at 3:50pm my Mom being friendly telling the cashier she was buying someone else a coffee so she won’t charge the other person. (Clarifing)
And the cashier responded “ I Don’t Care “
. Hope she has a better Day. Being nice goes a long Way. God bless.

Check your order before leaving, especially if your vegetarian or on a dietary restrictions as they will not respect it. My mom who can't have meat due to chemo was given chicken in her food and my brother was given bacon in his food despite not ordering or wanting it. Didn't need the employees mouthing off about having to make the order correctly when caught
Vegetarian options: Check your order, they'll slip meat into it or contaminate it
Dietary restrictions: Check your order because they won't respect it
