The worst customer service I have ever received was for a food order and a lady with the name or surname Kim, working late hours, treated me the worst with a humiliating tone of voice. She treated me terribly in front of other customers who were surprised by her attitude. and his way of serving clients is very rude and he does not deserve to be in customer service, it does a lot of harm to the business, people like that cannot serve clients, his education leaves a lot to talk about, I do not recommend his attention.

the rudest employee ever. I love this wawa but this lady just ruined it with her horrible attitude. then she made a bunch of people on line wait forever like she's doing us a favor. still waiting... 5 people on line. she's nowhere to be found 1230am.

Garbage customer service the women on the prep line rude and useless… waste of payroll. And the coffee, paid almost $4 for a cappuccino whipped cream and 2 pumps if sugar cane syrup… and got coffee and milk prepared by someone that clearly don’t know what he’s doing for that I could have self serve for $1.change or free with rewards. Garbage, they probably think all their customers are hoboes.
Hey regional manager, you either train your employees so they know what they are talking about or even doing and if “you have” you either wasted your time training them or you suck at it.

The General Manager was amazing. I went there today October 8th the day before the storm and she was out there directing cars keeping order ensuring everyone got their gas. She was super friendly, helpful, and brave. She engaged every car that came in running all around the parking lot. I am a Bank Manager and she is a true example of LEADERSHIP. Please promote her to District Manager.

Their air compressor completely flattened my tire. Only after did the manager say oh it’s broken then came out and put caution tape around it! Had to pay to have someone put air in my tire!

Horrible experience, today Thursday, Jun, 13th 2024. I ordered my smoothie it felt like it was standing on the shelf for 30 minutes, no body called it or nothing. I'm waiting for the smoothie to be mead to then pay for it, as usual. Is not my problem people don't pay for their stuff. I'm not those people. Stop assuming if someone is already in the store. Horrible experience, making people feel uncomfortable. When i asked for my smoothie the female smoothie associate said with an accusing look, oh you have to pay for it." It's already paid for" i said. She then said sarcasticly (Oh it's ready) that's not right

Wheelchair accessibility: Most Wawa gas stations have parking that wraps around or, at least, 3/4 around the building with multiple handicap parking spaces. No need to ramps or other disability related transportation. For food, my ALL TIME favorite is the chicken salad sandwich/ hoagie. highly recommend wawa for food hands down at anytime from morning to overnight they will always have your back! ?
