30 minute ago I go by some food for my family am deciding to eat at Wawa when I come I was ordering my food one customer light skin talk to young black man they keep talking black man say bad words and front of my son she not worried nothing on her mouth she keep talking with thae guy I’m pay my food I left it I’m never gonna by anything from Wawa talk to customer food say bad words not acceptable

The air pump is a disaster! Your air pump took air out of my tire and left me with a flat! There was no signage to show us that you have a defective air pump. It messed up so many people’s tires that night. FIX IT! Ridiculous.

Got some donuts last night for my kids for breakfast this morning thank goodness they didn’t eat them as soon as they got home from school. I offered a doughnut while trying to open one. I noticed that there were insects crawling inside of one. I immediately called the store and spoke with the general manager, who seemed very unconcerned And stated that there’s not much they can do as these products come in prepackaged so you mean to tell me you can’t check a product before you put it out ? I don’t think I’ll ever be returning to another Wawawa if this is the customer service and the food that they provide. Photos of all of the donuts the only infected one is the candy cane.

Took me 20 minutes to get just a drink and it was 10:00am. Not busy at all. The manager was standing around telling the already occupied employees that they were behind on drinks. Why not just make them yourself? Terrible management.

Very bad experience with Jr tuna sandwich this Saturday 14 @6pm I call the store Mgr. Let her know the that the breat was old so she gets me with the deli manager she comes out to I tell her about the problem and she makes me another sandwich I tell her that the bread is old and she says that's all we have till we get the bread in today Realy

I do want to apologize that this store is even still open. It’s very nasty, dirty, and even the people in there I just would rather say is not regular people. Wawa corporate really needs to come in and improve this store. From me wanting a sub and not wanting it no more to the rude interactions, poorly stocked, ETC… Not the same establishment. Please improve, will not be back!!!
