Hector and the team here were amazing totally impressive experience at Wawa. Everyone here had a smile on their face and was working hard as a team to get everything done. It was a very busy day, but they all seemed to be moving in harmony. The synchronization was truly inspiring.

Ordered online and said it would be ready by 7:25. I got there and waited 20 min in front of the pick up area and my food was just waiting on the side getting cold with no one telling me my order was done or ready. Unprofessional and everyone looks grumpy

I went there today to get a snack and use the bathroom it was 2:30 or 3pm the bathroom was disgusting paper everywhere to make it worse, the cashier was rude and when I said hello, she was acting obnoxious and started to laugh at me when I left. I will no longer go to this Wawa. It was a young African-American girl.

At about 6:15 pm, the black female cashier at the reception had an arrogant attitude. She did not say hello and had an impatient attitude. She had a poker face. When I bought cigarettes, she asked me twice for my ID. She also had an impatient attitude after I gave it. . The next customer also bought cigarettes, but she did not ask him to show his ID and smiled warmly at him. Is there discrimination here? I've been to many Wawa's and I've never had such a bad experience.

I ordered a curbside order the other day, & they did not come out to bring me my order when it was ready. I waited 35 minutes for them to bring it to me but instead, I had to go inside to get my food, & by the time i got it my food was extremely cold.

Of the management really care , then they really should look at the girl that made coffee on Oct 18th 24 - at 4:55am. Unbelievably rude ! Asking me to pay without really reading my order correctly! Problem is the stupid attitude from a stupid girl !

It is frustrating that the food prices are not registering correctly. Rang up combo one price on order board. Rang up wrong at self checkout (double). I cancelled it on the self checkout and asked the lady at the food counter. She said self checkout doesn't recognize the combo prices and I had to check out at a staffed register, but the order was cancelled so I had to replace it and wait in line again. Annoying and misleading/incorrect pricing.

Husband and I (both in our mid 30s) went in to buy cigarettes. The cashier denied scanning my husbands ID card (who was going to be paying for them) and insisted on only scanning my ID. We informed her that he was going to be paying and that she was more than welcome to check both IDs but asked to scan his since his was easier to get out his wallet. This would have actually made sure both of us are of age but that was not acceptable to her. She then denied the transaction when my husband questioned why his ID wasn’t okay to use if he was purchasing. Definitely will not be returning as this is my second time having to deal with rude employees and her being one of the managers makes the experience even more disappointing. This place definitely does not keep to the same procedures as some employees don’t even check IDs and depending on the mood of the employees depends on if you get decent service or not. With so many Wawa locations, it’s better to keep driving past this one.

They maybe have food out once a week in the mornings. Frustrating just trying to get something to eat and there be nothing. Regret wasting my time stopping here.

I love their Caramel cookies and cream (oreo) parfaits and cappuccino. This location is pretty busy but the service is fantastic. I have never had to wait more than 3-4 minutes for my drinks once I had checked out. I highly recommend Wawa, especially this store!!
