Normally Wawa is great and I never have had a bad experience until this morning. I ordered my hot latte from their beverage counter and I waited around five minutes for someone to actually appear and start on the drink, waiting doesn't bother me but I was standing at the counter the hot time my drink was being made and when I got my hot latte the lid was barely on and it was cold. There wasn't a mistake in the ticket because on my cup the printed order clearly says hot but my drink was not hot. I was order number 3 and I'm pretty sure the employee how made my drink name's was Jason. I was in a rush or I would have complained how my hot latte was cold and not hot.

For six weeks I have been having issues. I order from the mobile app. It shows items unavailable but the items are available in store. Then I order other items I go to pickup line and those items arent available. Another tine I did a pickup order and had to retreive all items myself. What the point of doing a pickup order. Now I have to wait for refunds. The only good thing I can say is the lady that males my coffee is the sweetest and one lady making sandwiches

Every time the manager’s on duty, specialty beverages are available such as espresso, shots, milkshakes, hot chocolate, but when the manager is not there, they shut that functionality off, so causes me to travel somewhere else or waste my time being there

Wow man I just can't win one with this Wawa. I don't think the management of this Wawa really manages the store. The most fundamental thing you need in the morning is coffee and the dingbats at this Wawa do not have the specialty coffee's activated on the menu which is the only thing I ever usually come to Wawa for most of the time so I just wasted my time coming in here for absolutely nothing. As you can see in these images they do not have specialty coffees turned on or available on the menu at all. I think I'm going to stop coming to Wawas just all together it's pointless I'm wasting my time every time I come into this place. I thought they were supposed to be the best. I can't actually believe that 7-Eleven across the street actually has what I need and Wawa does not. So if anybody needs specialty coffees forget this Wawa don't give them your money just go across the street to the 7-Eleven across from them they are way better than Wawa. Just don't give this Wawa any of your money or waste your time with them.
I am so upset at this Wawa I pulled out of the highway 528 to come down here and get a specialty coffee cappuccino and they have the entire thing shut down. What a waste of my time I hate places that don't have available the things they supposedly offer and this is very offsetting. Bad on you Wawa bad on you.

Coffe machine is always broken. It is hot or miss and a waist of time. Purchase two machines that way when one breaks you can still service customers. I think is they don't have the employees to operate this station properly.

They almost never have meatballs and always have the beer doors locked up. They want to blame theft for them locking the doors.

I would give this place a zero star if possible we were bashed by the general manager last time when we checked out the guy at the checkout counter said thank you gentlemen that's an insult to my wife no matter what the case is and smoothie that my wife got was only three quarters full as well as calling one at a time and yet the fact is if you came out quicker this is a drastic and most disappointing Wawa tourist stay away locals stay away this is a death trap stay as far away as possible I hope this gets to corporate because the fact is I am very very disappointed

Delivered 4 drinks short, 2 custom drinks barely flavor. And spent one and half hour delivered for 6 miles .
