Joy was checking me out at register and she helped me with my app. She informed me of all the new promotions that were coming up. She was very happy and joyful and she didnāt rush me even though I was causing a wait in line. Thank you so much Joy you donāt know how much that meant to me and what I was going through at the moment personally. Joy is a real JOY. š¤©

I love Wawa, but this is consistently the worst location ever. They never have anything. Want a hot hoagie? I hope you like chicken because thatās all they ever have. Want a side with it? It better be black beans because theyāre always out of everything else. I recommend passing this location and driving further out of your way to actually get the selection you want

Every time I come here and ask to get my hoagie toasted extra they never do it . What is the point of asking if they are never going to do it . Please make sure your employees are doing their job right and are giving their customers the best service.

When me and my husband get watched as if we are thieves and I am a regular at this location. I do not appreciate when it is assumed I am going to steal based on how I look. Especially since I am a regular in this store since the beginning.

My sister and I always get chais from here when we are inside the amazing employees who prepare our drinks totally spoil us always make our drink yummy and they are very kind and professional. I donāt know what happened on Sunday April 21st but we did curbside and after like 18 min we got our drink after we drive off , my sisters espresso with chai was basically all black tasted disgusting. My chai was very watery like barely no chai the drinks were warm not hot. She was tired and hungry , it was a real let down. To whoever made these drinks please donāt rush if it was busy , get them done right we donāt mind waiting for great quality chaiās and good service, (we waited over 18 min in the car for terrible ones šāāļøš) itās totally worth it your not a robot so work at your pace we know it gets busy. If that wasnāt the case then please consider not being the drink maker. Either way Iām not here to put anyone down letās us all just do our jobs properly. š„°š„°š„°š„°š„°and enjoy our yummy drinks š

Takes 25 minutes for them to make a sandwich just to get it wrong and tell me I ordered the wrong thing, this has happened multiple times. Rude workers who canāt read tickets and simply do not care

ATTENTION Wawa Corporate, all of management from this store needs to be fired, specifically the Store Manager. Wawa Corp. should also fire the Regional and District managers for allowing this store to go to waste. They are not paying attention to what takes place in the store. For example, they removed several good employees that always ensured that the coffee and creamer areas were full and clean. Nothing worse than stopping for a quick coffee and learning that the coffee (different flavors) are not ready and the creamers bar is not re-filled. Wawa Corp. needs to send undercover clients so that they can see the problems for themselves. Wawa needs to pay attention or otherwise they will get bad reputation and end up like the 7-elevens.
