I never had to write Wawa‘s this way, but you need to do something about the dude with the green hair
If there is absolutely nobody in the store and a customer needs something I would think that as a customer service person you’re gonna make something work, not telling them that they have to wait when there’s nobody in the gas station or outside

The young Latino woman that made my quesadilla just now was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. I drive for a living and get it often no other Wawa could compete with hers. Thank you!

In addition to innovating in the electric vehicle charging areas, please focus on optimizing the Air Pump Area. It's out of service more often than it's working.

While waiting for burrito watched the folks graciously work with a difficult customer. Then while I was wandering looking for something they came over and offered help. This was a busy Monday morning. Impressed with the service.

This place has gone downhill hard. 3rd time in a row I’ve been “mischarged” on an item. There’s no rhyme or reason to it either. Also the bathrooms are something out of Dante’s divine comedy. Disgustingly filthy and wretch inducing… so I’d be wary about food.

I was filling up my car with gas and went inside to use the men’s restroom. I have a disability and nerve injury in my right wrist. Inside, the handicap door was taken, so I used the urinal. When going to wash my hands, I put on some soap but discovered the sink wasn’t working. I thought about waiting for the handicap stall to open, but someone was still sitting on the toilet doing their business. There were no paper towels in the bathroom. I had to walk around the store with soapy, sticky hands, trying to find some kind of napkins. I finally found some and ask the gentleman at the register. If there was a manager I could talk to to help me find a sink. The gentleman was very helpful and told me the manager was currently conducting an interview so it was unavailable. Some lady employee (I think her name was hillarie?) came over to “help” me. At first, she acted nice, but she clearly quickly became frustrated and did not want to listen to or address my concerns. Her frustration came out visibly when I mentioned my disability and I think that demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. She offered no solutions to help me sanitize my hands and get the sticky, soapy feeling off. Finally, I asked if there was a family restroom or if I should just wash my hands in the drink machine to get some clean water. She became snappy and told me I could use the sink behind the counter in the kitchen. She ran off to do something else before letting the kitchen employees know what was going on. While washing my hands, I begin to get confused and accusatory looks from the kitchen attendants (rightfully so). I had to defend myself and tell them that someone (not the manager) had instructed me to use this sink. They started yelling across the store and communicating loudly about my private “skin condition”. Overall, I was very bothered and disturbed by the lack of true concern for customers health and safety. I don’t expect special treatment as a disabled citizen but I do expect to have a safe place to wash my hands after using the restroom to prevent spread of diseases. It appears that cleanliness and hygiene are viewed as an inconvenience at this establishment. Sad, because I buy 91 octane gas here, Wawa is the only store in town that sells it. My car isn’t tuned for 93, so why waste money. Be wary of requesting assistance here or doing anything that is viewed as an interference to their customer service operation

I love going to Wawa, but this time from what I seen was very unprofessional one of the manager/supervisor. I believe her name is Jesica on the name tag embarrass, one of her employees very unprofessional. She had this young lady open up her bag for some reason and you can see this young lady face that she was so embarrassed. There is a time and a place for you to talk to your employees as a supervisor myself, this lady do not have any people skills why Wawa would hire a person like that that represent their business I will be reporting it to HR because unprofessional experience.
