At checkout today Sarah helped me sign up for Wawa rewards. This a first, I saw this one employee really getting in on the cleanliness, I think his name is Dawson, cool dude, gave him props for being on hands and knees cleaning the vestibule area 👍🏽

I went in recently to get help with a item I wanted to purchase I have never in my life been meet with such nasty workers and the manger was very mean to myself. The cruelty was bad next time ill go someplace else I will never go there again after today. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

I want to specify this reveiw with a specific member of this facility!, IRMA is the reason for this reveiw. Honestly I have been tp several wawas and will say certain stores have that one or two members that stand out. And Irma is one of those few . Always smiling and super friendly and positive! She always makes my visits feel truly welcome.also the staff is amazing aswell! This is a team effort for them and it works great! That have a faithful customer for life!!!!

I love Wawa but it sucks when you place an order and then stand around waiting for 15 minutes while the employees are just chit chatting. I get it, its slow but I just want my food :(

And don't even think about ordering fries! Unless you want to wait 25 minutes with the rest of your order done & no one ahead of you
