Lots of empty desks, waited 45 minutes to talk to a banker for a signature card addition. Have multiple accounts at WF, but met here because it was closer to my husbands work. One banker was wearing sweat pants, and the manager was in jeans on a Monday. I will never go to this branch again. Seemed very unprofessional.

Worked both times I was there and has a high limit compared to other ATMs in the area.

Closed... Was my 1st review... Now they have fixed it up and the ATM is available.. Shopping center is updated and nice.

ATM is always having problems.And it's the only close one within 4 MI.Did such an amazing job with ATM and Bank locations that you're making people drive further than they need to wasting this high price on gas.

Bank teller Abigail was very rude. As a business, we put our "change" request in a separate envelope and list the change we need. She picked up the envelope, never looked in it, and with a snotty attitude she ask if we had an appointment to make account changes. Definitely left a really bad impression with my new staff. Highly disappointed in the customer service. I tried to call the Bank Manager, but their phone number forwards to an automated teller. Just a bad experience all the way around.

It never wants to accept money. Always spits out half or all of what you put in and makes you try again. Fix this crappy machine! I've been dealing with this along with multiple other people for over 6 months now it's absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable from a major banking tycoon like y'all "Wells Fargo"
