I think this location is closed. I went in the other day and their doors were locked at 4:20. Today I tried calling the location to speak to someone about the hours as maybe they have been affected however my phone call was forwarded to a call center instead of the location and when I asked about the location the man had no information as to why they would lock their doors early and not answer their phones.

I went in today to get a couple double charges checked that were on my account. I called both Best Buy and sun pass to discuss the charges first and they stated they only recieved one. So when I went in to talk to a banker since the online customer service line was done they told me it was the companies fault or mine. Blaming everyone but themselves, I left very unsatisfied. Since I'm new to the area I called my old Wells Fargo in Marianna, fl to see if they could help and in less then 10 minutes everything was fixed. I would think after rebranding the name they would think about the people keeping them in business.

OK, so... I definitely agree with most of the negative reviews that I have read on here about this location. I want to start off by saying that in the 6 years I have been with Wells Fargo (formerly Wachovia) I have NEVER had a problem with them as a bank. I know a lot of friends and family who have other banks like Bank of America and they have endless problems. I like Wells Fargo for many reason. For instance, I've lost my debit card on numerous occasions. Wells Fargo is amazing because you can walk right into any branch and they will give you a temporary card right there and then. I know certain banks like Bank of America will not do that and make you wait for it to come in the mail. Another great experience I've had with Wells Fargo is in regards to fraudulent charges. I reported them immediately and with no hassle they were taken off of my card. This has come in handy more than once. As far as this location goes, I've had one or two hiccups. Like many people have mentioned, the ATMs just love denying deposits. I have gone here on NUMEROUS occasions to deposit cash that i don't feel safe carrying on me and the machines seem to always be down. There aren't any other locations super close to me so this is absolutely frustrating. I do have to say that I've always received very sweet and caring customer service at this location. They don't always seem to be super staffed and yes, you have to wait sometimes, but I've always been treated very well. If they can just fix those darn ATMs my rating would surely go up!!

While inside the people seem friendly, I normally use this location to deposit checks and cash from my two jobs. Since I work 8-5 weekdays and many week nights until midnight, I have to go at night to the drive-thru to deposit cash. Considering I am a petite woman, I don't feel safe getting out of my car at the ATM on the front of the building, so ideally the drive-thru is the perfect option except for one detail- IT'S ALMOST NEVER ACCEPTING DEPOSITS. I know they do accept them in the drive-thru ATM because about 50% of the time it's available, but lately it's become even more rare to be able to do this. I value this particular service because I don't feel safe walking around until the weekend with a week's worth of cash on me, and I don't feel safe standing alone outside past midnight depositing money. Oh, and I tried again this morning at 7:20am, thinking maybe it's a safety feature for the wee hours of the morning, but nope! Thanks for nothing Wells!

I had to deposit money for our manager. There was an extremely pretty blonde girl working there. Would go again.

I was a loyal customer of Wachovia for years and this location was great! Since it changed to Wells Fargo, their service has become pathetic. Tellers are obviously part-time employees with no knowledge of the system. I was told at one point that without my ATM card, they could not look up my account from my driver's license AND social security card. Every time you go to this bank, it is a different teller, asking their manager for instructions and unable to provide competent service. There is no way to know if you can deposit, withdraw or cash a check on any given day. When questioned, tellers respond with non-starters, such as, "the computer is saying it," which is totally unhelpful. In order to receive help at a Wells Fargo, and specifically this location, one must wait to see a banker. Needless to say, the wait is quite long as many people are unable to bank properly inside with tellers. I can understand limited services in a drive-thru lane but once inside, it should be relatively easy to perform account actions. I will never bank with Wells Fargo again and am certainly urging anyone I know to change to another bank as well.

It's been quite some time since my original review, and have seen improvements that make the experience much better. One would first think that the inability to have deposit slips readily available would be a huge inconvenience, but taking my card inside, swiping, and handing the check to the rep certainly makes it easier, and electronic, zero chance of a number being transposed, etc. On top of that, the reps they have working in here could not be nicer. Even in high traffic times in there, they've made conversation and were very pleasant. Just on a whim, we've looked at options when it comes to banks, and many do seem nice, but when stacking benefits and pitfalls, it still seems good being here after weighing all the details. The one last thing that would easily boost them from 3 star to 4 star would be, if for some reason the checking account gets low and overdrafts, and I have multi-accounts, instead of charging a fee, why not automatically draft it from my savings? Especially since all the accounts are with them. Just food for thought. But all in all, a vast improvement.
