worst wells fargo I've ever visited. I've made an appointment for this since last week, and apparently, when i get there, there are only 2 customer service, and they're serving another guest, and I've been told to schedule another appointment. There are empty desks without employees. It's such a shame for Wells Fargo as a large bank! Hire more people! Huge disappointment.

You may have a bit of a wait coming in here but it’s because these folks take their job seriously! They worked tooth and nail to clear up the issues I was having and catered to me personally! The manager lady, I wish I remembered her name, was super helpful and polite! Also the employee Mr Hasz was great as well!!

This bank has always been a busy location. However, I'm not sure if they are understaffed or a couple of the tellers are too busy making small talk but I came in to cash a check & open an account. I have quickly decided to stay with fifth third. I can't stand here patiently waiting while employees talk amongst themselves with complete disregard for waiting clients. Devin however was very polite and focused. Unfortunately too little too late for me

Worthless "customer service" from tellers to management to corporate. Family banking relationship with precursor to Wells Fargo pre-acquisition over 60+ years.Drags me out of the car in the rain to the inside of the bank to purchase a $10 money order, forcing me to mix with other people during Covid.Allegedly "changed rules" recently. Was "doing a favor" at the height of the pandemic, now enforcing get out of car and go inside for anything other than straight up cash deposit or withdrawal, check deposit.Essentially giving the middle finger to elderly handicapped customers who cannot transact business for themselves and forced to enter lobby like it or not.If you can't sell a $10 money order with valid I.D through the drive thru window, close your doors now.

Crooks, thieves and liars with a proven track record of being involved in criminal activities. Close your accounts and try and find another less criminal banking institution. Good luck!

Want to thank Kevin working the drive-thru teller line on his hospitality like personality. Extremely helpful, patient, great sense of humor, and very knowledgeable about his craft. Thank you Wells Fargo for hiring such a great employee.

This bank has extremely poor customer service. They don't value their business or personal banking relationships. I asked for an extra withdrawal slip so I can have it for when I go into the drive thru. It is easier to have it filled out and ready to go while you are waiting in line rather than wait until you get to the teller to have them give you one. They were extremely rude about it and said "NO, we only give out one withdrawal slip at a time and it is only to used for that specific transaction." This is the first bank that I have had an issue with getting a withdrawal slip. Most banks have them at the drive thru to save time but not this branch. (Other Wells Fargo branches have had no issues giving me an extra withdrawal slip.)Then when I wanted to speak with the manager, but she was too busy to deal with my concern although moments earlier the teller asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager about this policy as she was available to talk then. I them called Wells Fargo Customer service about this issue and they advised me that this isn't their policy. This branch apparently does what it wants and just states it's policy although it is not.

Was my favorite, not anymore. I went in to deposit a check with my daughter. The check has both of our names on it. I went in to the branch at Orange blossom the day before. They let me in, spoke to the teller without any problem. Today, I went in and at eh door, were told to go through the teller window. Ok, got on my car , drove to the window and I was rush to give my transaction. Rush, like you know, needed it now. We are inside the car, we need to look for the scout needed. My husband looked at him and requested a minute. The guy left the window very rude. We have to wait for the other teller to come. He sent her instead of coming to the window. That was very rude. She completed the transaction and didn't let me tell her to put the money in savings. This people acted like customers are not value. Very disappointed!

I have to say Wessam was very nice, helpful and professional. He helped us find the right person we needed to talk to and responded to phone calls and emails. We unfortunately had to be referred to Nyra who was made everything harder than it had to be, didn’t accommodate a simple request and was a terrible communicator.I made it very clear that I couldn’t communicate by phone, I sent multiple emails asking what information we need to bring and that I can’t really talk on the phone. She only answered 1 email out of several and only to say “please call me”. Calling her was very difficult because of the nature of my job and I missed her several times but I finally did get to talk to her. She didn’t have the right information she said she was going to get back to me, she never did. She never emailed a list of what we needed. Of course our meeting to add 3 people to an account had to take an hour and she had to act confused, dismayed and generally rude and disapproving. We are in a tiny non-profit group, we have approximately $500. Why does this have to be so lengthy and laborious??It would have been really helpful if she could just email the list of what we need to bring. Also, returning emails and following up with what she said she would do would also help. I’m so glad this isn’t my actual personal bank!

I went in to pay off my credit card (we don't even have time to get into how difficult it was to perform that simple task. The poor girl had no clue. ). I asked her to check if my address was correct because I'm not receiving my statements. I was told that a banker could fix it. I said ok, we finished my transaction. As the transaction ends she says to make an apt for a different day to check my address because there "bankers all busy because they are working with other customers". Mind you, I am the only customer in the entire branch. I look around and there is one sitting staring at the wall and two more talking and laughing about personal things. I ask, they are working with customers? She says well... you need to have an appt. I understand the importance of appointments. BUT, if there are three workers not doing anything. You would think they could help out with something as simple as an address correction. She told me that I should just call the phone number or change it on my app. What it comes down to is this. No one should have to come back multiple days later when there are MULTIPLE people not doing anything at all. I get that it's a holiday weekend.. but if you showed up to your shift. That means it's time to work. Honestly, drive the extra five minutes to go somewhere else that will be willing to help or find another bank. I recommend Chase, they always are ready to help.
