I visited the bank today around 11:15 AM to cash a check issued by Orange County Public Schools (OCPS). The teller, after reviewing my identification, claimed that I could only deposit the check. This was incorrect, as the check was a Wells Fargo check. She proceeded to provide false reasons for why she couldn’t cash it.
When I asked for further assistance, she stated there was nothing she could do. After reaching out to the school board and another Wells Fargo branch, I was informed that there should have been no issue with cashing the check.
What’s more, the teller herself admitted she had cashed OCPS checks before and knew there shouldn’t be any issues. Despite this, she chose to make excuses and refused to assist me.

Incredible!!! A bank in the middle of the city and doesn't have $20's?!!! Incredible...that is NOT employees fault. THis is ADMINISTRATION FAULT...

Absolutely horrible serviceThe tellers are great but this bank is not run very well at all.I waited over 1 hour to send a wire transfer and ended up leaving due to the slow service. I’ve had other issues on my previous visits but after today I am never coming back again. Very incompetent service.

The service is ridiculously slow. Every time you go in here, there’s a line for the teller, there’s lines for the people at the desks, and the people just don’t care. Today they were at least nine people in line and only one teller working. Ridiculous!

Only ONE Wells Fargo representative was tending to BOTH the drive thru AND the inside teller line. Took 17 minutes to take care of a simple transaction they the outside drive thru and when I opened my envelope with my withdrawal the amount given was incorrect. On another occasion set up an online investment appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early and instead of asking who was next with an appointment the investment representative took a walk in customer with no appointment

That bank is no good, I deposited a check for $1,500 from a US insurance company, they put the money in my account the next day and the next day they removed it from my account and now I owe the bank and they indicated that the check has A 10-day hold is what the bank does to gamble with the client's money in the stock market. The customer service and the branches in the Orlando area are of no use, what bad service. I do not recommend that bank to anyone.

I’m Wells Fargo client and so far I’m ok with the service I received. But, we come to this branch for business accounts for my friends who needs translation help and somebody came with upset face impressions and tone and we already felt irritated about her negative approach. And we answered her questions and later another banker lady came with same attitude that makes us felt like we bothered them and even worse she told me she have only two seats but we are three people, this branch use to have great customer service 4 years ago but, awful nowadays.

I when to this Branch yesterday and today Friday to make couple of deposits and could believe how insane is this place. One of the worse locations, their huge line and even though their is like 4 ladies in the brach no one is available to help more then just one teller leslie. The teller is very sweet lady that quickly help me with transaction and I feel so sorry for her to be working alone. She does a fenomenal job I can see how she helped everyone on that line. I wish could give 5 stars to her not the business because she knows what she doing and has great customer service skills.

It's a branch downtown Orlando. I needed cash. Got cash for the evening. Perfect! No drive through, just walk in.
