I just went there for an specific document and they help me with that. So kind and courtesy. Most of the bank have bad reviews, I have another account in other bank and the services is not good as in Wells Fargo.

Either this branch is understaffed or customer service is not an emphasis. I went inside and the is one teller helping someone, one sitting there, and one at the drive through doing nothing. I waited for 10 minutes.
