Edit: Service has significantly improved as of late. Great job!
This has got to be the slowest bank I’ve ever been to.Either they need more help, or they are just terrible at customer service. Not sure which. I wouldn’t even come here if it weren’t for work. 10 customers waiting, 2 employees working, 3-4 employees loitering. This is a normal occurrence here. The tellers are very friendly once it’s your turn though

Multiple bad experiences at this bank. Don’t waste your time coming to this branch. I would rather drive across town in rush-hour traffic to get banking needs completed in a timely manner and without a headache, than to come back here.

Either this branch is understaffed or customer service is not an emphasis. I went inside and the is one teller helping someone, one sitting there, and one at the drive through doing nothing. I waited for 10 minutes.

I meant to make this review months ago. I showed up to my appointment and waited an hour and 40-something minutes passed my scheduled time to be seen by Denise Pattain. When I could finally speak to her I was confused by the information she was telling me. I asked her to double down but she would confuse me even more by cutting off her example to create another one. She even laughed in my face when I still wasn't getting it. I felt humiliated and I didn't appreciate that a customer was standing next to the cubicle to also be seen. They were sharing a laugh while I was just awkwardly sitting in between. What happened to waiting in the lobby (like I did) for privacy? What happened to kindness? Well, I was dismissed with a pamphlet.

Made an appointment for 1:00 PM. Walked in early. Waited till 1:15 PM before an employee walked by. I asked why I was still waiting. They told me "oh you're waiting for Sally, she's still out on lunch." Great, then why did I bother making an appointment!? Thanks for wasting my time. ?

If you’ve got a whole day to waste or looking to kill some time I highly recommend this location. Bring an umbrella or sunblock as the line starts outside and moves slowly.

I visited this location today to complete a name change as I recently got married. The Banker that assisted me was very courteous and gave me a warm friendly welcome. She was very informative throughout my visit and professionally offered me additional banking services based upon my account status. She was not overbearing and was very detailed in the information provided. She took the time out of her day to call personally to ensure that my credit cards were also updated with the appropriate information. After my appointment she followed up with an email to let me know how important I am as a customer of Wells Fargo. As a Corporate Manager who has worked in customer services for years I can honestly say this is one of the best banking experiences that I have had. Thank you so much Caille Polnett for your amazing customer service!!

I visited that branch today, very poor quality of work by the employees and the management, they cannot help with a problem, I do not recommend that bank or the branch to anyone, the workers are bad.

Horrible customer service! 02/10/23 I came to open an account 1st they made me wait for no reasons because it was empty!! Then a Spanish representative (stephany, I believe) helped me, she was okay but then she said we needed a proof of address I told her ok I live pretty close from here let me go get it is that ok? And she told me yes, we will wait for you.. I live less than a mile away!! I was back in less than 10min when I came back the other lady told me she it’s 4:20pm we cannot open your account vaciar we close at 5! Seriously??? This is ridiculous!! I guess Wells Fargo doesn’t care about my business. Well! I will go to another bank, it’s that simple!

Today I had the pleasure of working with banker Denise Pattain. She was extremely kind, respectful, and thorough in helping me to change my name and account information. I also had a pleasant experience interacting with teller Sheidy.Be aware there was only one banker on duty so it's a good idea to make an appointment first.

Rude service! blonde lady which I suspect, to be the manager was really rude to the people disenfecting the branch when she open the door for the lady to disenfect the teller area she slammed the door open almost hitting the lady's face on top of that! She even disrespected me so I got my money and my deposit slip and went else where this happen 10/25/2021 at 10:09-10:20 am.
