Excellent, the person who assisted me at all times was very friendly and explained the entire process in detail. I recommend him 100%. I don't remember his name, but he was dressed in a coat and tie and his office is on the right side in a corner, and I was able to open my Savings account, happy and satisfied with the service he provided me.

I've visited this branch multiple times, and unfortunately, it's never been a pleasant experience. Today, however, was the breaking point. We were aware that, without an appointment, we might not be able to meet with a banker, but it was the way the situation was handled that left us frustrated. When we arrived, the person who greeted us informed us that, since we didn’t have an appointment, we could wait to see if someone didn't show up. I mentioned that I had tried to make an appointment earlier in the week but couldn’t get one, which is why we walked in. She then asked what we needed from the banker, and after explaining, she suggested we return on Monday. Unfortunately, due to our work schedules, that wasn’t an option. The tone of her response felt unfriendly, as if we were an inconvenience for simply asking for assistance.
We decided to wait to see if there were any no-shows, but things didn’t improve. The branch manager walked by and began questioning everyone waiting, asking if they had appointments. It was clear from the customers’ reactions that the tone of the questioning caught them off guard, adding to the discomfort. After about 45 minutes of waiting, with no change in our situation, we left.
We decided to try a different Wells Fargo branch we hadn’t visited before, and the contrast was night and day. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted, asked about our needs, and told we could wait, with water offered and a friendly attitude throughout. This experience showed us what customer service should be like.
Sadly, the first visit this morning to Wells Fargo almost cost them our business today. After the poor experience, we were ready to close our accounts—but the second branch helped restore our faith. We will no longer be visiting the e colonial branch and going to the one on aloma which is about equal the distance from us.

Now driving further to another Wells Fargo branch to ensure I am treated respectfully . Service through the drive through is terrible. Called to discuss the service issue with the branch manager and they never called me back . Have had my personal and business account for over 20 years and this is absolutely the worse branch I have been to.

If I could leave a zero Stars I would after coming here 3 years they're telling me my ID is invalid these people don't know how to do their jobs. I called wells fargo they told me that my maiden name can be used. That that doesn't go away on the system so these people don't know what they're doing. Put your trainees back in training cuz the new people don't know how to use your systems

Drive through is very slow. If you are a merchant they take the other lines 1st even if you are there before the other drive through lines. Can easily waist 20 minutes or more at this location.

I like this branch and professional work there. Always helpful, respectful and kind. There are not many other branches such good as this one.
My greeting to Grace Singh! Highly recommend her as a manager to solve any questions.

The ATM had been out of service for over a month.

Avoid. Easier to pay $10 for notary at Amscot than to endure the irrelevant interrogation of their notaries, and nosey bankers who do not know what they are doing, are not helpful and disrespectful. Too much turnover. Bossy "banker" who drove away this customer. They do not know their neighborhood customers and want to drive them away. Try a credit union instead.

What is this about? you put in a whole new ATM just for it to run out of cash before 9pm on a Friday unexceptionable

I've been with Wells Fargo for 15 years. This Wells fargo has the most unprofessional people working here. I've now had 3 bad experiences here in the last 2 months. This branch makes me want to change banks entirely. "Anthony" at the window looks like a child at his first job, sitting on his cell phone. He won't communicate at all and sighs like he isn't getting paid to do simple transactions. Honestly, I hope I never have to come back to this branch because they are simply the worst. Also, don't ever try and call them, I tried for 4 days straight. Even through customer service. No one will ever pick up.

ATM appeared to have shorted me $500 yesterday. Went inside immediately and was told I would have to file a claim with the 800 number on the back of my debit card...someone would check the ATM records for that day... still waiting and no word on MY money. Was told it may take 10 business days and an investigator may be contacting me. I thought my money at Wells Fargo was mine, and not for their ATM to steal from me and then investigate me like a criminal over the next 10 days.I have also had trouble getting a "free" notary service for documents. One women wanted to interrogate me ad nauseum about what I needed notarized. After being told to sit for half an hour for a notary, other bankers have had other various excuses, which have been ridiculous. "Forgot to bring my notary seal to work today, waiting for an appointment which should be here in 10 minutes, can you make an appointment and come back". A notary does not vouch for the truth of the document being signed, only for the identity of the signor. Please read this again Wells Fargo, it is the law. And producing a DL for identification and stamping with the notary stamp only takes 2-3 minutes. Now I simply go to Amscott and pay the $10 instead of being treated like an idiot who's time is worth nothing. I could name names, but prefer to stay away. I am considering opening another account with a credit union and removing my money. The branch downtown is better for notarizing documents than East Colonial, only once was I refused downtown because the notary was gone, and I was referred to the next door Regents bank which did notarize it.

Polite service in my limited experience at this location. Their ATMs were broken, though

Julietta is an outstanding teller, always friendly and ready to help. Other tellers have not been as gracious in counting all my $$$ and exchanging bills to $1 coins [which no one seems to use anymore, but I needed] , and foreign currency change. I will come back to this location for another encounter!! Thanks Julietta!!!!
