Trying to open an account and basically denied because there is no appointments availables after 3pm ,that is when i got of work so , what kind of business is the one thant dont wants new customers ...really disappointed when personnel here try to get rid of you, and do go above and beyond...wells fargo dont want my money ? Good ..i take it somewhere else ! thats why i dont have wells fargo account !

I don’t really go to branches but when I do it’s this one and it’s fine. This is more specifically to thank WF as a whole for dealing with me better than what I expected for a large bank over the past couple months (mainly over the phone). Maybe y’all do have a chance to compete for the younger generations. Christine today was super helpful. Keep standardized system with nuance at the top for customers who ask for it, it’ll pay itself.

With the exception of Dimitri, every staff member here will never lift a finger to assist. They're perfectly fine with instead of calling a second teller or making the customer who has a complicated transaction that will take 40 minutes, making a line of people wait and when people walk out mad they just literally put their hands up and say it's beyond their control. Bankers who can't bank, tellers that are always too busy and doing something else. They're great at trying to argue with their customers. If you want to wait a stupid amount of time and have the teller staff try to tell you despite the fact that youve been waiting 40 minutes, it didn't take "that long" then this is the branch for you. Avoid this branch at all costs, just close this location or replace all the staff here with actual bankers and tellers. Hopefully the manager will step in and have this bank have more happier customers than upset ones but his dismissive attotide makes me believe he's just going to keep letting the customer service part fail.

Worst bank EVER. Do not go to Wells Fargo save yourself the headache. My mother was waiting on a check for months from Dan Newlin from a car accident we finally got the check and she went to go deposit it and wells fargo says they have to investigate the check and it’ll take up to the 14th! Are you joking. Saying since it’s a new account and all that. It’s going to take ridiculous long, that money is very needed and Wells Fargo needs to expedite this asap. 2-3 business days is more than enough.

Other than Dimitri, who was exactly who I would want to represent my bank, I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude of the "only notary" at this location.

Simply the worst customer service possible. The associates are sitting down refusing to assist and they say they only work on appointments. I watched both of them sit for 30 minutes without a customer but they would not take time to help.

This branch is a complete joke. You have nowhere to sign in so you have to queue to see the teller and she can put you on the wait list. I brought my handicapped grandmother in to fix something with her account and the teller kept asking where she was. I said ma'am she's right here in her wheelchair. Rude. When you call and speak to someone through the Wells Fargo number they don't say anything about making an appointment. There were 3 bankers and one teller. Only one banker was seeing customers.The other two are sitting in their office doing nothing. One claims to be in training so he can't see customers but he can sit on the phone chewing gum. Don't waste your time coming to this branch if you need anything taken care of right away. The only banker that could see us told us she couldn't see unless her appointment canceled. Which they did and then proceeded to tell my grandmother how lucky she is that she could see her today. How kind. Just save yourself time and go somewhere else.

Despite an initial standoffish approach, Dimitri saved the day! We didn’t have an appointment but thankfully his appointment cancelled and was able to help us. We were decided on closing our accounts but his service helped changed our minds. We’ll continue to bank with him going forward!
