One of the worst banks I've ever been to...much less one of the worst Wells Fargo banks. Slow tellers seemed confused, not very well trained and we're taking customers out of order. I'll never go back.

I should have read the reviews before attempting to take my business here. This branch is appointment only and if you make an appointment be prepared to wait for the staff to be available for you. Thanks to the lack of customer service and respect for my time I will not be doing business with Wells Fargo.

Came today to the bank, from the moment I walked in the experience was horrible. The lady that opened the door and also the person that sits behind a desk was so unhelpful. Did not listen to any of my needs. Obviously did not want to help at all because kept referring that I could do everything I needed through the app. Which I know I could to do part of it but not reset my PIN number. Because her lack of listening and tried as much as she could to not have to help me. I decided to tell her to stop and I would go to another location.I’ve been banking with the since they were First Union, over 30 years. Time to switch to another bank. Very unprofessional staff to say the least.

I'm at the gatlin and orange branch.i would not recommend this branch..all I want to do is deposit money..it's so difficult with only one teller and a manager who won't help...I was going to put some serious money in here but I'm starting to rethink that decision

Staff was amazing here. I was greeted at the door by a very nice gentleman and helped immediately as soon as walking in. My visit took all of 10 minutes and I was very pleased with the customer service. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for about 5 years and I love the standards of this bank no matter what state or city I'm in.

Alert pls do not use ATM Fort Gatlin branch Orlando! Made a cash deposit last night in the stormy rain ATM took my monies printed a rec saying I was credited one cent. Spent 45 min on hold last night with customer service to no help. called the branch they asked my name didn't bother to ask card # transferred 3 times. I got someone says ATM dept. advised her to pull camera was told the didn't have a camera.clearly you can see a camera.I don't know if this is another scam of Wells Fargo to increase there wallets of hard working citizens just imagine if this happens offten& your monies is held while they take there time investigating they have earned interest on your money! I rarely go to this branch customer service is not good at all ! I worked in banking before never have I seen anything like this bank! In future advising anyone to use your camera to record. I'm contacting my Fla governor.

I don't know who these bad reviews dealt with or when they happened but absolutely all of the staff at this branch are pleasant and accommodating. They have gone out of their way to know their clients. I see them greet everyone, no matter who, with enthusiasm and they have obviously made it a priority to have wonderful customer service. This branch is why I don't switch banks.
