I agree with the other reviews… I’ve been to this branch on multiple occasions it’s absolutely horrible… It’s slow, understaffed and they don’t really care. Also, the ATM outside runs out of money regularly and it tells you for your convenience you can drive three or 4 miles down the road to another Wells Fargo how sweet of them.

It was a great service, they spoke english and spanish perfectly, the process was easy. I had to wait 15 minutes but it was good, the place is quiet and calm.

Honestly brutal wait times every time I come here… I will say that Nathalie does her best but the policies in place do not put you first. The branch manager just left for Tampa, and provided me a speech of policies on her last day, vs. helping her clerk with deposits that took them nearly an hour to complete. If you know your team is behind you should help them vs telling me to drop my deposits over night. They should help one client at a time, not have us take a seat and help the next 4 people in the door. I hope this place gets more staff soon. There is not enough tellers which is a shame as both tellers are friendly, but the overall experience… we’ll come fed and use a bathroom as it could take a while…..

Service here is horrible they don’t even welcome you or say hi to customer is a what you here for question like really. They did NOT help me open a new account because it was a long process and it was 27minutes before they was suppose to close so I’m going to a different bank who welcome me better and employees want to work. Michael did not wanted to work and open my account this bank needs to get better customer service skills same as the ladies behinds the window they rude and don’t pay attention to customers. This bank location is always this bad and no one do anything to fix it is unbelievable how bad they treat customers.

Horrible Location, made an online appointment to get there on time to wait 15 minutes and still not be seen then when I call why the lady says people called off and said she’s all alone. Yet when I was there that same lady did not inform me I would be waiting to be seen after an appointment was made. Why on earth would I trust y’all to open a business account for me. Horrible experience!

The loan officer was very rude and condescending. We made an appointment and was 5 minutes early just so she can make us wait 2 hours. Before that she stood up and went and spolen to the other customers and telling them that they also had to wait as well but she the day before rudely told me that she xas on her break and that we have to make an appointment which we made for the next day. Xhat a waste of time because she didn't show any hospitality to show me that it was worth keeping my business with this bank at all.. as i witnessed her handle other people I know certainly that i made the right choice to closing my account with Wells Fargo on Hoffner Orlando Florida

This location has many rude employees who seem too busy to truly help their customers. I had a bad experience recently, however, I have gone here many times before and the only person that is AMAZING at this location is Christopher C. he is the only person I enjoy working with. Very helpful and patient! He does not make you feel rushed or like you are bothering him which is how the other employees are at this location. During my most recent visit Chris was not in that day and I had to be seen by another banker there. The experience was not good and he had a slight attitude. We walked in before closing and he said he could not help us because it would take too long. Needless to say we ended up walking out. Ended up going all the way to Lake Mary for decent service!Giving 2 stars instead of 1 due to their one great employee.

Waited nearly an hour to be helped. I was the only person there and was ignored. I was not told what is needed to start an account so I wasted my time there.
