Poor service. 15 years with Wells Fargo and this is the worse experience ever.
I went in today to cash 600 because I lost my wallet. I had my passport I represented it to the teller she was able to get into my account. She said she will send me a verification code on my phone to verify. She sent the code and I read it to her she verified me and cashed the money but now for some reasons she couldn’t handled the funds to me unless the manager approved. I went to the manager and he stated that I need to call the 800 number for more verification. I called them and they stated on the phone that I’m already verified by the teller, so what was the problem ? They asked me to let them speak to the manager and surprisingly the manager lied and said I didn’t know my SSN. I was shocked of being disrespected over my own info. i went to different branch and they solved my problem the wells Fargo’s way.
Never come to this branch, poor service and the tellers inside are very unprofessionals and don’t know what they are doing. The manager is disqualified for the position. I have been with wells Fargo for 15 years and I have never seen anything like the poor service I received in this branch.

I had to spend 1 hour and a half with no one to help me. In the end the Hispanic woman wanted to help me but she says it's too late, come back tomorrow. But they will never see me there.

Just make a big deposit and needed to cashier a check for a good amount as business owner this bank told me I had to order that amount a Week ahead of time but it wasn’t a problem to deposit any big amount ridiculous bad bank

Horrible do not do not bank at this location they are disorganized. They could not let me know who made a payment on 2022. The branch manager Brandon gave me the 1800 number to call for information and help. when I did they informed me since it’s a safe deposit box they don’t have the information only the branch does. I’ll be paying Brandon a visit with the 1800 number on the line. Brandon I hope you’re ready with your lies.

I HAVE CAME THIS BANK A TOTAL OF 6 TIMES IN THE LAST 2 DAYS IT RUNS SAYS TO SPEAK TO A BANKER PUSH 0 OK I PUSH 0 AND IT RINGS 5 TIMES ON THE DOT THEN SAYS BANKERS ARE ASSISTING OTHER CUSTOMERS. ALL THE BANKS IN ORLANDO FLORIDA ARE SAYING THE SAMETHING. THIS CRAZY

Do not do businesses here. At the beginning of the month the wait in drive thru is 45 minutes. Only one teller waiting on 3 landed by herself. No one answers the phone when you call. After getting to speak to the manager Anna she just wanted to argue with me about it being too bad for me.

Customer for 9 years. Overall a very ghetto location. Lots of people loitering. You can say this building was established around 1852, when WF was founded. Out of date, no drive thru ATM. Time to use those record high profits for a facelift. I would be ashamed to work in such a building.
