I HAVE CAME THIS BANK A TOTAL OF 6 TIMES IN THE LAST 2 DAYS IT RUNS SAYS TO SPEAK TO A BANKER PUSH 0 OK I PUSH 0 AND IT RINGS 5 TIMES ON THE DOT THEN SAYS BANKERS ARE ASSISTING OTHER CUSTOMERS. ALL THE BANKS IN ORLANDO FLORIDA ARE SAYING THE SAMETHING. THIS CRAZY

Do not do businesses here. At the beginning of the month the wait in drive thru is 45 minutes. Only one teller waiting on 3 landed by herself. No one answers the phone when you call. After getting to speak to the manager Anna she just wanted to argue with me about it being too bad for me.

Customer for 9 years. Overall a very ghetto location. Lots of people loitering. You can say this building was established around 1852, when WF was founded. Out of date, no drive thru ATM. Time to use those record high profits for a facelift. I would be ashamed to work in such a building.

Powers and colonial location is a very busy Bank just because it's in this location does not mean that management should allow it to look like a dump outside trash bottles paper Mass debris all over the grounds I bet if it was in another upscale location it wouldn't look like this outside it's not fair especially if it's a busy location it looks like a dump Wells Fargo do better during the day whoever do the cleaning inside having to go outside and pick the paper up but the management cared about it they would go outside and pick it up but it looks like a dump

That Wells Fargo bank manger that works at that local branch addressed on top of the Google review needs to be re-evaluated and written up. Wells Fargo staff are highly trained and are professional every branch I visit usually ends up with me leaving satisfied. That branch there is going to have to deal with the mental health issues that are arising from that last visit. I WILL CONTACT Corporate and DEMAND for that branch manager and the two woman staff. (The doorman and the teller) should be fired and also ADVISE corporate that that branch get all get a whole new set of customer friendly, good ethics and moral staff for the upcoming holiday season. (Or just those 3 staff members). My visit at that Wells Fargo branch was BEYOND UNSATISFACTORY (0 STARS) and matter of factly, I will be contacting corporate and the news channels about the staff behavior towards their clients such as myself. I was talked down to by staff when all I trying to simply withdraw some money ?. Now I will be following up with Corporate in the AM about how the staff assumes the way that clients should be treated when coming to their financial institution and how much I am willing to and going to snap management and staff necks back straight from their malicious, vindictive attitudes and their indirect conducts, unconstrained work ethics, and how much verbal abuse, embarrassment and harassment I had to take from the staff at Wells Fargo that day (2 days ago). I ultimately ended up stranded on the street, left in the rain during a thunderstorm. THANKS ALOT!!!!

I recently purchase a cashiers check, and than lost it while moving to Orlando. I came to this branch to place a stop payment and obtain a new cashiers check. I was so lucky to have Mark help me out! He was so patient and helpful!I have debated about closing my account with Wells Fargo, but if I can have Mark assist me with all my business and personal banking needs; I will stay with Wells Fargo!He is a shining star and he is what a banker SHOULD BE! I couldn’t thank him enough for all his help!So if you’re heading to this Wells Fargo, make sure to ask for Mark!
