I went to notarize some documents and there is an employee who assists you when you arrive and gives you a lot of buts to help you. He is a tall, robust man and speaks Spanish.
It is not the first time that he has served us and treated us in the same way. I'm not looking for a way to be helpful. We feel discriminated against. We will not visit this branch again. This type of treatment is not acceptable. We have visited other branches and the arguments he told us have not been put in place and they have given us the service. I think we'll close our account.

I don't put 0 because it doesn't let me, the lady at the door looks unpleasant at 4:55 pm and closed the door on Wednesday the 31st, if you want to check the cameras, people like that know that customers like me, who have been with you for more than 20 years, have a bank atmosphere, do something with That employee didn't even give me her name, that's why they only have bad comments, do something with these rude and ill-mannered employees.

Forget this branch the people are rude, including the manager. Had to go to the orange Ave. Branch were I was treated like human being and respect, they need to just close this one down or make it ATM only because these people don't know what they doing.

Very racist branch, I was ignored even after checking in, after two hours I was asked to leave. While the lighter people stayed seated. Definitely going keep complaining to corporate because that was not right.

Worse customer service ever. Even with an appointment they make you wait. They have just 2 people for attending appointments and they are very rude. I left and make an appointment on a different location.

Worst client service ever. While I was waiting in the waiting area with other people that needed help. Not a single person at this branch stop an asked if someone needed help not one person ask They keep walking by and not even greeted clients They need to clean the house.

Over the course of 9 years of dealing with Wells Fargo Bank, I have never seen such poor treatment with customers. I called to book an appointment to send money through a business account. They treat you as if you are a homeless person and there is no respect. You ask them to book an appointment or any time there is a reservation, and they tell you to go to the bank’s page and the transaction is unfortunately low. Where is the senior management with such behavior and treatment? Where is the management of this?

After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes just to send a wire transfer the branch manager told me that they were too busy and staff all I saw him doing for the hour and a half was just grabbing lunch twice and not helping anybody .

Bank telleR Maria needs an additide adjustment. Was not rude to her at all. She made me wait inline over 20 min. Taking other customers and slaming my check before sending it back telling me "how do you expect me to cash a check without an account number!"( you can see her behavior threw the glass window) all becuase I forgot to write my account number. Jesus something so small can irritate you to the point to be so rude to a customer. Extremely unprofessional. My apologies for forgetting to write my account number.
