Over the course of 9 years of dealing with Wells Fargo Bank, I have never seen such poor treatment with customers. I called to book an appointment to send money through a business account. They treat you as if you are a homeless person and there is no respect. You ask them to book an appointment or any time there is a reservation, and they tell you to go to the bank’s page and the transaction is unfortunately low. Where is the senior management with such behavior and treatment? Where is the management of this?

After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes just to send a wire transfer the branch manager told me that they were too busy and staff all I saw him doing for the hour and a half was just grabbing lunch twice and not helping anybody .

Bank telleR Maria needs an additide adjustment. Was not rude to her at all. She made me wait inline over 20 min. Taking other customers and slaming my check before sending it back telling me "how do you expect me to cash a check without an account number!"( you can see her behavior threw the glass window) all becuase I forgot to write my account number. Jesus something so small can irritate you to the point to be so rude to a customer. Extremely unprofessional. My apologies for forgetting to write my account number.

Honestly the worst thing they have taken care of me in a bank, the customer service people don't care at all about courtesy, they didn't attend me for not having an appointment and they didn't have anyone at their desks, they blatantly steal the salary from that bank, because they use that people don't have an appointment to tell you that they won't attend you, the manager is a spoiled arrogant, there were 4 people doing nothing at their desks and not even one question as simple as what to do to make a transfer they answered me why I didn't have an appointment, how bad really

Wish I could give zero stars. Wells Fargo just sucks in general but the customer service at this location was terrible. If you don't like your job just quit.

This place has definitely changed, they don't want to help you, you go to advise yourself and they don't even want to work. In the end they advised me and gave me the information I needed in another bank, they should change staff since they do not want to serve customers and give complete and detailed information to the customer

Declined service for opening up business account without proper documents. Provided certificate from state, articles of incorporation, and ein from irs. Articles were structured a different format all according to law of state of Florida.Neither banker nor branch manager knew what business documents look like nor how they can differ in structure. High volume location with very friendly staff, however wait times in the drive through are too long. One teller simply can’t manage the volume efficiently. The commercial line is also a lower priority. Customers in other lines are expedited ahead of the commercial line. Leading to extended wait times. If I get here first, my transaction should be handled first.

I left work early on a Friday to make it on time before 5pm. I arrived at 4:51. There was only another person sitting down waiting to be seen. The "manager" comes out and says that they are no longer seeing anyone because "the staff is busy helping others". We were turned away before their official closing time. This is an example of poor customer service. Every person should be seen and helped even if they show up at 4:59.

I was a problem that we came through the door. There was no cheerful greeting or welcome to Wells Fargo. Just a large bearded man looked at us like "what the hell do you want?" I told him we needed to open a corporate account for an LLC, he said we needed an appointment and there was none available for the day even though he was just talking to the secretary guard and there was another staff member seemingly available. He then went on to say that they only open accounts for corporations based in Florida. If this were true they would have no accounts from multinational corporations or out of state corporations. It was just I big middle finger at a customer they didn't want to help. I just called to give them a chance to explain and they didn't answer the phone. If our bank I Arizona wasn't so good, I would be tempted to change banks. They don't deserve the 2.9 stars they have, they deserve the one star I gave them. Leon Jimenez.

The tellers at this branch have been nice and friendly in the past until today. 3 women tellers at the drive-through all had an attitude after I asked a simply question. It's sad in 2022 people still judge others by the way they look or the color of their skin. I'm a highly educated black woman but as soon as they saw me I'm just another ghetto black woman. I was treated like a child. They've repeated instructions to me several times in a harsh tone by all 3 tellers (as if one would explain it better than the other) especially since I told them I understood the first time. I was being patronized and I am shocked with the behavior.
